As a Pharmacy Manager, you will:

This will include chairing the Medicines Management Forum on a quarterly basis.

• Be responsible for leading, motivating and effectively managing the pharmacy team by providing excellent leadership.

• As the Antimicrobial Stewardship Lead, optimise the management of antimicrobials to minimise the occurrence of hospital acquired infections by ensuring pharmacy adherence to up to date policies, guidelines and systems of work. • Lead on the implementation of medication safety alerts and drug recalls for the hospital working closely with the Director of Clinical Services.

• Implement and monitor DoH guidance on all aspects of controlled drugs use in the hospital and ensure the CD audit is completed quarterly.

• Maintain competency matrix for all OHAs and fulfil NMC requirements

• Provide professional occupational health advice for all clients
