Clinical Develop and maintain clinical apheresis competence Demonstrate clinical skills, promote clinical excellence and contribute towards a multi-professional approach in the management of patients within the specialist area, especially in relation to ongoing care needs and discharge arrangements. Establish and maintain effective written and verbal communication links with a broad spectrum of professionals within the local Trust, the region and wider geographically area. Participates in the supervision and the teaching of pre registration students, new staff members and junior medical staff.
