About NELFTs Children & Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) NELFTs CYPMHS is for anybody aged between 0-18, living in Kent and is free at the point of entry. The service is also for young people with special educational needs (SEN) up to the age of 25. The CAMHS Tier II and Tier III services no longer exist, replaced with an integrated CYPMHS. Any young person experiencing emotional wellbeing or mental health problems, (or any parent, guardian, professional or teacher of a child who is experiencing emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties), may access our service. Structure of Children & Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) There is one Childrens Single Point of Access (SPA), a Neurodevelopmental & Learning Disabilities Service, a dedicated crisis team and inpatient service based in Staplehurst and eight Locality Teams. These are located across Medway, Dartford, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, South Kent (Folkestone & Dover), Thanet, Swale, Canterbury and Ashford. What difficulties can be referred to the service? Locality Team in Children & Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) The aim of our CYPMHS is to respond earlier to children and young peoples needs in order to help prevent, reduce or delay the need for more specialist interventions. This transformation of children and young peoples mental health services has a clinical focus, integrated with local authorities to deliver a long term collaborative approach to planning and delivering services. CYPMHS focuses on emotional wellbeing as well as mental health and includes access to self-help tools and services based in schools and the community. The CAMHS Tier II and Tier III service no longer exist, replaced with an integrated CYPMHS. Training and support is available to other professionals and agencies. We are creating a modern service that fits with childrens lives in a way that best suits them. Key new features include a Childrens Single Point of Access (SPA) into the service, clear early signposting, and use of digital channels such as Big White Wall to access support and services. Each locality team have care pathways. Each care pathway is clinically led, with care pathway leads operationally managing all CYPMHS practitioners working in that care pathway. With the support of the team manager, care pathway leads are responsible for assessment, treatment and systematic outcome measurement in that care pathway. CYPMHS multi-disciplinary pathway workers and mental health workers may work across more than one care pathway in a locality team. Care pathways include; Mood and anxiety Complex Behavioural and conduct Neurodevelopmental & Learning Disability Care pathway leads and practitioners ensure that a high quality, timely, accessible and evidence-based service is available to all children and young people who need it. The Role
An experienced nurse will be required to be involved in the delivery of Level 3 T-Level qualifications in Health qualification. You will be leading on the clinical practice aspect and delivering science-based units.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will hold a Nursing degree and have a minimum of 5 years industrial experience; it is desirable to hold a full teaching qualification or be working towards the teaching qualification, however for anyone new to teaching we can provide the training required. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others. You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.

- You will have recent experience of dealing with student nurses either in a Higher Education Institution or in clinical practice.
- Have a good understanding of A/Level science.

Main duties of the role: The role is part of the Additional Role Reimbursement Scheme to embed Mental Health practitioners in Primary Care Networks. Ward 2 Acute Frailty Unit is based in Tunbridge wells Hospital and consists of 26 short stay beds where elderly male and female patients undergo a holistic assessment of their acute medical and often complex needs.

The Unit also has a 8 spaced assessment area where patients are welcomed and then assessed to identify the most appropriate care plan. We work collaboratively with a range of specialties to facilitate clinical excellence and holistic care delivery with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Ward 2 has excellent medical cover, a designated Frailty Consultant, a dedicated therapy team and a Discharge Co-coordinator. All members of the team work together to ensure that top quality medical care is delivered and to facilitate effective discharge planning. The team also includes a Lead Frailty Nurse who works cross-site to help Patient flow in the Frailty Unit.



This post requires a motivational and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about Frailty Care. This post also requires an individual who is able to manage patient flow effectively on the busy Frailty Unit. You must be flexible, approachable, motivated, and hardworking and be able to use your own initiative, whilst also having the ability to work under pressure and to work alongside staff in the Emergency Department and Ward 22 to ensure the Frailty Pathway for our Patients is smooth and effective.

You will have the opportunity to to develop Management skills in this role, as you support junior nursing staff, while working alongside the Ward Manager to help develop the Team.

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital Trust in the county of Kent.

The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 760,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.

The Trust’s core catchment areas are Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells and their surrounding boroughs. We work from two main clinical sites: Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury. Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients – the first of its kind in the country.

You will be expected to attend the Trust’s 2-week Induction Programme for RNs, NAs, RMs, ODPs and Paramedics. The programme includes supernumerary shifts in the clinical area, classroom-based sessions and e-learning.

Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.


What will I get in return?


Training: Provided in full and you are paid – This will be in December and paid before Christmas
Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision



Travel: Regionally, 50 to 80 miles of your home
Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers
Hours: 8 hr days
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects
