We are recruiting for a Occupational Health Technician to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients business. This role includes conducting statutory medical tests and screenings to ensure legal compliance under HSE Regulations. Additionally, supporting health and safety by monitoring local safety measures, adapting to changes in processes, and coordinating health initiatives with the Occupational Health unit.


Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct medical examinations and review health information according to clinically validated and standardized procedures within a planned programme.

- Undertake administrative processes which support the delivery of Health Surveillance programmes.

- Understand and work to support delivery of the functional goals of the wider OH&S department.
- Understand KPI/SLA measures and achieve against BU target.

Position Summary:

As part of a diverse and hardworking team of specialists, you will provide technical expertise and assist in implementation of all Environmental, Health and Safety programs by interacting with Mid-Level Management. Qualifications  

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred. 
• 6+ years experience in related field preferred. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required. 
• PMP Certification preferred. 
• Ability to travel up to 50-75%
• To the extent permitted by state law, provide proof of and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions.
• To the extent permitted by state law, a Covid-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position. Anticipated salary range: $78,500 - $112,100
