The Supervisory Medical Record Technician (Outpatient) (Consolidated Coding Unit (CCU)) provides oversight of a group of Medical Record Technicians Coders, with administrative responsibility for planning and directing the work of subordinate staff. MRTs (Coder) are skilled in classifying medical data from patient health records in the hospital setting, and/or physician-based settings, such as physician offices, group practices, multi-specialty clinics, and specialty centers. These coding practitioners analyze and abstract patients' health records, and assign alphanumeric codes for each diagnosis and procedure. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Collaboratively work with the Chief HIM at each facility within the assigned region/network in order to coordinate work related to the consolidated coding unit and resolve any problems which could impede the progress of the unit.

The Lung Cancer Screening (LSC) Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator will organize and coordinate the implementation and day-to-day operation of Lung Cancer Screening. The LSC RN Coordinator in this position will work under the direction of the program leader, with the guidance of a program coordinating committee, to organize the launch of lung cancer screening, coordinate day-to-day program activities, provide education about the program to providers and patients, track and coordinate ongoing patient care, and collect and report program evaluation data as requested by leadership. The RN Coordinator will serve as an operational resource for local program members, which may include clinical staff from primary care, mental health, pulmonary medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, pathology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology. Qualifications & experience

· An AQF Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a remedial massage therapist, preferably in Australia

· Professional Indemnity insurance

· Maintain Health Fund Provider Numbers (for HICAPS) and Professional Membership throughout your employment.

Tasks & responsibilities

· Assess clients, create treatment plans, and apply a broad range of soft tissue techniques appropriately

· Use your well-developed massage techniques and knowledge to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of our clients

· Advise clients on stretching exercises and relaxation techniques

· Proficient in documentation requirements, including appropriate standards of care, notes and reports

· Participate in continued professional development to update and maintain professional knowledge and skills

· Good teamwork, listening and observational skills to develop effective treatment programs and in a timely manner

· Build long-term connections with the Mombasa team and clients

· Comply with professional standards and government regulations.

This position is full time, 38 hours per week and includes Saturdays and late evenings.

Salary - $60,000 - $80,000 + super.

Northern Territory Veterinary Services is growing and looking for a vet nurse to join our dedicated team of vets and nurses in Alice Springs. Experience and/or qualifications in Vet Nursing is highly desirable.

Alice Vet Centre is a busy companion animal practices based in the NT, currently staffed by a team of 6 vets, 7 nurses, 2 receptionists and 2 kennel hands. The practice is extremely well equipped and handles a large and varied caseload of dogs, cats, horses, native animals and exotic pets. Equipment includes digital X-ray (table based, portable and dental), ultrasounds, endoscopes, in house Idexx lab machines, iM3 dental machine, fluid pumps, pulse ox, ECG and BP monitors, advanced orthopaedic equipment (TPLO), imagyst, air-conditioned horse stables, powerfloat equine dental equipment, fully computerized with Rx works. We also operate Aboriginal Community Veterinary Services, providing services to remote indigenous communities throughout the whole NT. Visits last for 1 to 14 days, averaging 5 days duration and are often to spectacular and otherwise inaccessible areas.

The position involves all aspects of animal care and vet nursing including feeding, grooming, medical care of patients, cleaning, surgical nursing, inventory management, reception duties and visits accompanying vets to remote towns, stations and communities.

The practices are modern, purpose built, computerised, spacious and airconditioned. Staff are supported to pursue continuing education and ongoing training.

Alice Springs is a vibrant town of 28 000 with all major facilities including a hospital, schools, sporting clubs, restaurants, cinemas, ten pin bowling and loads of outdoor activities. It has a major airport with flights to most capitals daily. Camping, cycling, hiking, motor sports and all popular sports and games are some of the recreation activities.
