• Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, evaluating, and management process for Service Line programs, which include setting qualitative and quantitative standards.
• Provides for the budgeting and financial management for Engineering Service. This includes budget formulation, justification, and execution; financial management; and financial reporting. Identifies functional requirements for current and future programs inclusive of life-cycle costs.
• Researches and/or analyzes problems, issues, or program requirements related to all areas of the facility and all facets of Engineering Service. Provides expert analysis and advice on complex program issues.
• Researches and provides technical recommendations pertaining to a wide-range of national codes and standards including but not limited to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), OSHA, TJC, EPA, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).

The incumbent physician is expected to provide a full range of clinical services including assessment and using the most appropriate techniques in providing quality care in their specialty. Incumbent is assigned to the Kernersville Health Care Center (HCC) under the direction of Kernersville HCC Director and is responsible to the Primary Care Section Chief who makes assignments and performs review and appraisals. Incumbent provides a full range of therapeutic interventions to unit/programs in the Medical Center to which they are assigned and has clinical privileges to practice including diagnostic assessment, medication evaluation, and management.
