Based in Bellshill, our client is recruiting a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (and there can be some flexibility on the start and finish times). The organisation can be accessed by local public transport and there is also on-site parking.

Your new role

Reporting to the Manager and working as part of a team of 3, the Finance Administrator will undertake payroll responsibilities initially. Payroll experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided in areas in which you are less experienced. Your duties will include; processing payroll across multiple weekly payrolls of varying sizes, collating hours from timesheets, processing starters and leavers, handling payroll queries and processing SMP, SSP and sickness etc and general associated payroll administration.
