Responsibilities

Deliver works such as rewires, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
Participate in the ‘out of hour’s service delivery on a rota basis to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly.
Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
Exercise and promote the highest levels of duty, care and safety within all working environments in order to minimise levels of risk to The Hyde Group employees, properties and residents.
Undertake any required repairs in order to maintain high levels of safety, security and working conditions across The Hyde Group properties (including vehicles and tools) in compliance with current policies and procedures:
Skills and Experience Required

Have proven experience of working on residential properties.
Hold an 18th Edition qualification.
Hold City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 in Electrical Installation.
Hold an Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391) qualification - this is essential
Be able to work in accordance with NICEIC requirements.

Deputy Nursery Manager

Salary: Up to £34,000

Hours per week: 40

As a Nursery Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nursery Manager in daily operations while providing exceptional care and education to young children. The nursery offers spacious indoor and outdoor environments with ample natural light, dedicated play areas for different age groups, and a specially designed garden for infants.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
• Prior experience in a comparable role within a nursery setting.
• In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
