The Human Resource Lead position is responsible for leading the execution of the human resources, scheduling and cash office functions. Responsibilities include associate recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, benefits, employee relations, training, performance, policy communication, and scheduling. Hiring salary for this position is $24.69 - $30.86 hourly.

• Establishes immediate plans of care for patients in collaboration with physician, documents referrals on patient’s chart and log book.

• Correctly identifies and implements infection control processes.

• Performs radiological or lab procedures (if verified as part of employee's minimum experience and credentials).

• Provides radiation protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards.

• Provides x-ray reports to physician.

• Documents QA controls and maintenance on x-ray equipment.

• Documents lab and radiology results.

• Answers telephones and assists patients, triaging calls as necessary.

We are able to support with a thesis. In this case, we do require you to work min 32 hours on the projects and max 8 hours per week on your thesis. You will receive mentoring throughout your internship to make sure you have the support you need to balance this duality.

Support and execute projects in close partnership with a group of professionals from both HR and the departments you will support. You will work on initiatives with a real impact, and have the chance to learn and develop in a dynamic and diverse environment.

• You will support and/ or lead several HR projects (e.g. data analytics/ reporting/ renewing of job profile updates/ talent review);

• Responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, communication, information) and organization;

• Planning, coordinating and tracking small (sub)projects, which are mainly HR focused;

A team of HR project managers and other interns working within HR for Integrated Supply Chain All the colleagues work in different projects and for different functions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Currently studying towards your Master in Sciences degree at a University in Sciences in: Human Resources, Work and Organizational Psychology, Psychology or any other People/Business related Master or an equivalent

• Fluent in oral and written English

• Previous internship experience within a multinational environment is preferred but not mandatory.

The HR Manager develops, monitors and coordinates Human Resources policies & practices in a regional group to ensure achievement of business goals.
