Your new role
You will have a good handover with the current staff member and then be working closely with the Financial Director, with duties including:

• Raising Invoices daily

• Raising credit notes and sending POD's
• Raising Proformas
• Setting up new accounts
• Taking payments over the phone
• Checking bank daily for payments and receipts
• Posting nominal payments
• Monthly credit card analysis
• Posting expenses
• Weekly/ monthly payment runs
• Monthly payroll
• Cover for Purchase Ledger
• Assist with Audits
• General ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced Accounts Assistant who is able to pick up new skills and systems with ease. You should have good IT skills including Excel skills and excellent accuracy & attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.

Your new role
As a Legal Support Assistant your role will involve be to provide a high level of legally related administrative support to the department assisting fee Earners within the department performing tasks as directed which may be of a complex nature. As a Legal Support Assistant your role will involve:

• High attention to detail is required in dealing with clients and on all files.

Your new role
As an HR Assistant, your role will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all Group HR and L&D administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle are completed in a timely, accurate and confidential manner, and act as the first point of contact for general enquires regarding recruitment, training, and policies.

• HR/L&D Administration.
• Undertake all HR administration for new starters - ensuring all paperwork has been received and checked, including eligibility to work in the UK documentation, acting on missing information with appropriate line managers and issuing offer letters, contracts, and new starter packs.
• Collect and distribute internal and external mail and actively monitor the HR, recruitment, and Intranet support email inboxes, escalating to the appropriate person if/when required.
• Ensure all departmental filing is dealt with efficiently and in line with data protection policies, and that filing cabinets are maintained and audited periodically.
• Administer variations to employment paperwork contracts, ensuring they are issued on time and processed correctly.
• Prepare any ad-hoc letters as requested by the Group HR Manager/Group Head of HR.

• Assist in the upkeep of internal training records/Intranet data.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ensure employee records are maintained by updating staff files/Open HR with the relevant information including copies of key certificates/documents, chasing outstanding items where needed and archiving staff files in line with our data protection and retention policies.

Qualifications and training
