Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products.
• Planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Preparing reports on sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business development.
• Assisting in creating content such as product videos/demos, brochures, flyers, and online content
• Collaborating with external agencies and designers to augment and improve the company's reach and capabilities.
• Identify and qualify potential new sales partners, end-user leads through various channels, including email, social media, and phone calls.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information.
• Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Coordinate follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the internal & external sales team to identify new opportunities and assist in developing strategies to achieve sales targets

What you'll need to succeed

• 3rd level qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Your new role
As a Senior UX Designer you'll be contributing and holistically designing digital products across Citi's Functions Technology Controls Organisation. Working with our Head of Design & UX for Controls and partnering with our Product and Engineering teams, you'll be applying your extensive skills and experience to create high quality designs in all stages of the UX design process - including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing and high-fidelity design.
Responsibilities

*Work closely with research, senior stakeholders, product managers and engineering teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas, approaches, and solutions
*Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, along with our established Design System
*Ensure that designs follow best practices and use research & testing to inform and validate
*Confidently challenge the status quo, encouraging all involved to address root causes to ensure the best outcome for users
*Apply a positive and constructive attitude when giving and receiving all feedback
*Deliver high-quality design assets to the engineering team, along with clear guidance to ensure all aspects of the designs are fully understood.
*Provide ongoing support to engineering, with regular UX review checkpoints to ensure quality and that the system is being built as designed
*Keep up to date with the latest UX practices, innovations, and tools
*Ensure all designs comply with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility

Experience and Qualifications

Essential

Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Human Resources function to include
