As the Toddler Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's toddler nursery room. Qualifications

Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Manager, Physician and APC Recruitment to join our Physician Recruitment Department.  This is a remote position that requires residency in KY, In, or IL.  Preferred locations are Louisville or Lexington, KY.

This position aligns the overall sourcing and recruitment strategies for the organization with all open provider opportunities for BHMG. This position works closely with recruiting leadership to engage in discussions with stakeholders and external experts to identify and implement a sourcing strategy aimed at generating candidate flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represents the Physician & APC Recruiting team in stakeholder discussions related to recruitment needs. Coordinate recruitment for the internal locums and external locums, assist and obtain all medical licensure, medical malpractice insurance, coordinate assignments and manage services agreements.
• Develops appropriate sourcing strategies based on market review and the organization’s open positions taking into consideration local and national availability of these candidates.
• Identifies trends and expertise in the external marketplace for attracting the best talent through ongoing research and networking efforts.
• Assists in the management of the advertising and sourcing funds while monitoring and tracking closing the return on investment (ROI) of all sourcing activity.
• Ensures a strategy map is available for all positions and refreshes the strategies, as needed.
• Maintains a current professional knowledge and understanding of national sourcing strategy trends by attending educational workshops/conferences, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field is required, Master’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years sourcing and recruitment related experience required
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, recruitment, marketing and advertising
• Experience in a high volume, multifaceted environment managing multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor
• Offsite travel at times
