We are looking to appoint a suitable candidate to take on the management of the schools Admin Team and Cover Board. The successful candidate does not necessarily need to have experience of working in schools but should demonstrate a good administrative background.

The Admin Manager will work closely with the School Business Manager and Deputy Head to deliver a range of administrative functions including; Managing the schools cover board, work experience, staff absence, Student services and reception.

The successful applicant will lead a team and deliver two core functions of the school. This will mean they will need to demonstrate effective leadership, supervision and management to the administrative staff. They will need to be flexible in order to work early hours to manage the everyday needs of the school's Cover Board. Your Responsibilities 

• Provide excellent customer service

• Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies

• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements

• Maintain facilities – sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc.

• Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members

• May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations

Your Qualifications 

• Customer service experience preferred (i.e. retail sales, restaurant, sales associate, front desk, site management, and/or other customer-centered sales roles) 

• Strong computer skills 

• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Compensation

Starting Pay Range: $14.77 - $19.69
