What We Are Looking For

The Regional HR Senior Manager / Director will play a key strategic role in aligning our human resource strategy with the overall business goals. The role requires a strong background in HR leadership, experience in operational HR management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regional environment. Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications are preferred.

Experience

8 to 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a regional role in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational HR functions.

Strong understanding of regional HR practices, with experience in Singapore, China and India being highly beneficial.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams across multiple regions.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to lead and manage the Corporate HR function within COMO Group Office, and providing leadership at Group level and business partnering to Business Units. Ensures effective delivery of HR operational requirements for the Group Office and Business Unit HR teams to support business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

General HR

• Provide functional expertise on effective HR policies across the COMO Group and to ensure alignment of HR practices. Ensure COMO Group and Business Unit (BU) HR Policies and Practices complies with current country specific employment regulations, policies and data protection laws.

Recruitment

• Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent
• Formulate manpower recruitment strategies, implement and execute programmes to meet the Club’s resource management and operational needs
• Ensures a steady manpower supply with basic core skills for the business units and provides timely human resource solutions to expedite recruitment processes

Strategic HR Planning

• Partner with and provide services to business unit leaders on HR strategies and ensure that the Club’s HR financial budgetary and departmental goals are aligned with the Club’s objectives
• Formulate and implement interview and selection policies and procedures to maintain fair employment practices and to ensure good people management practices are adopted to retain talents to reduce staff turnover
• Work to develop appropriate human resource policies and standards to ensure effective, fair, and equitable management of employees throughout the organization

Policy & Procedure

• Develop and implement the Human Resource Policies and Procedures to achieve alignment on human resource practices within the Club

Job Requirements

• Degree-qualified preferably in Human Resource Management
