Conducting housing application assessments and ensuring decisions are made in compliance with relevant service policies and legislation. As well as this you will be managing the process of shortlisting, allocating and matching properties on BCC's letting system.

It's important that you support the service to monitor nomination acceptances and refusals, including help ensure nomination agreements are being administrated in full accordance to the terms agreed.

• Search Engine Optimisation – optimise our websites for SEO following SEO best practices; proactively research opportunities for SEO improvements and increase lead generation.
• Paid Media – manage Google Ads performance to increase lead generation whilst meeting the company’s budget; proactively research opportunities to increase lead generation through paid media.
• Email Marketing –plan and execute email marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation; target key accounts and potential growth segments on the market to generate enquiries and ROI.
• Social Media – plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation; create social media content, such as posts, blogs, videos, etc.
• Direct Marketing – research industry trade shows and networking events to attend, plan and execute pre and post show marketing campaigns, design the stand, organise logistics of building & breakdown and attend the show to support the sales team.
• Printed Media – plan, design and print leaflets, brochures, business cards and any other promotional collateral.
• Reporting – prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance in line with the company’s marketing budget and ROI.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven relevant experience, preferably at least 2 years in Digital Marketing, ideally within B2B
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, AdWords, Mailchimp and social media scheduling platforms.
