We are delighted to be working with an amazing organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager (term time only). If you are looking to join a small close-knit finance team, then this could be the role for you! As the finance manager, you would support the Head of Academy through financial support and information.

The core duties of this role:

• You will manage the processing of orders, invoices and payment for goods and services, using the Trust's chosen finance software.
• You will ensure purchase order and/or invoice related queries are dealt with speedily and effectively and are appropriately authorised.
• You will manage the daily running of the Petty Cash account, issuing cheques and handling cash.
• You will ensure procedures are followed in collecting, receipting and banking all monies received.
• You will produce a monthly variance analysis of the actual terms of the budget.
• You will develop 5-year forecasts using HCSS in conjunction with the central Delta finance team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an AAT level or have the relevant experience. You will also need experience of using accounts and budgetary software, whilst also using Excel/Word. You will certainly need experience working in a busy finance department.

Exciting Opportunity for FLT Reach & Counter Balance Driver with ITSSAR or RTITB Certification

Location: Heckmondwike

Our client, based in Bradford, is seeking a skilled FLT driver with a valid ITSSAR or RTITB certification to join their team.

As a vital member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for various aspects of general warehouse operations, including loading and unloading, internal stock movements, managing paperwork, and general light lifting. Key requirements for the role include good English reading and writing skill and confidence in operating a the FLT's. While a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred, it is not essential.

Initially, this position is offered on a temporary basis, but there is potential for it to evolve into a permanent role.
