Your new company

This is a long-term role that will last anywhere from 4 to 32 weeks with a working pattern consisting of long-day sleeps. As this is a temporary role, flexible working options are available.


Your new role
In your new role as a residential support worker, you will be supporting adults with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities and dual diagnosis, typically between the ages of 18 - 35. You will work with the service users to promote their independence and build their self-esteem, promoting them with daily duties, supervising, and building a strong constructive relationship. You will work alongside staff to promote a safe and caring environment by taking a person-centred approach to care, ensuring that all service users are treated as the individuals they are. Other duties may include, but won't be limited to personal care, administering medication, meal preparation & feeding, observations, emotional support, and behavioural support.

In order to be successful with your application, you must have full "Right to Work" in the UK as well as a minimum of 6 months referenceable experience supporting complex needs in the last 2 years. As well as:
