During a time of growth, they are looking to add an experienced finance or accounts assistant to their team.

Your new role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations.
Your responsibilities will include the following, which you should have experience with:

• Processing and reconciling high volumes of supplier invoices, credit notes, and statements.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.
• Maintaining purchase orders and managing the accounts inbox.
• Assisting with bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Performing various ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in a similar finance role within the digital marketing/technology industry (or retail and travel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software, such as Xero or Sage etc
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
