Position Title

Senior Account Executive cum HR & Admin

Working Location

Petaling Jaya

Salary Range

Up to RM7,500

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handle payroll of the company (10 - 15 staffs)
• Handle basic HR function such as issuing employment letters, liaising with recruitment agencies, posting job ad etc.
• Handle basic administration such as filing & office management

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or related fields
• Possess at least 3-5 years' experience in accounting and HR function
• Detail oriented
• Independent
• Knowledge in SST, Withholding Tax and Corporate Tax will be an added advantage
• Candidate from Manufacturing industry & familiar with export market will have an added advantage

Job Description (Digital Marketing)

• Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with followers based on current social media trends. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok)
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities. (e.g: social media, direct mail and web)
• Assist with recruitment activities as instructed by mentor.
• Help with the planning and hosting of social media posts.
• Some Ad hoc tasks

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree students pursuing studies in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media.
• Love to try new things, like to create and innovate new engaging content ideas.
• Know how to use Canva Pro
• Proficient in usage of social media channels.
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Good copywriting skills.
• Had some experience in school events or projects that require of designing posters, brochures, posting on social media etc. 

Job Description (HR Recruitment Intern)

• Understand client requirements and source for suitable candidates
• Conduct phone interviews with job applicants
• Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-up results
• Conduct reference checks
• Perform any ad hoc admin tasks.

• 支持職能/領域的文化與團隊建設

要求

• 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域學位。
• 至少 3 年人力資源職能職位經驗，最好在金融機構工作。
• 對人力資源原則、實務和法規有深入的了解。
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中有效地工作。
• 優秀的溝通、解決問題和分析能力。
• 較強的人際溝通和領導能力。
• 在招募、人才管理和變革管理方面擁有豐富的經驗。

Business Planning 

• Contribute to business strategy by supporting the business line in identifying, prioritizing, and building people capabilities, structuring and improve processes

Workforce Management 

• Guide line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirement in line with the function/ business strategy. Highlight and where appropriate recommend solutions to address any resulting issues.
• Establish the line's manpower issues and needs and make timely recommendation to address the issues.
• Advise the line on headcount management within the allocated budget.
• Perform Hiring, Transfer and Exits activities.
• Establish the sourcing strategies for cost-effectiveness of the hiring process and be accountable for vacancy fulfillment.
• Conduct joint interviews with the line where possible to ensure the right candidate for the right position.
• Assist the line in defining the position requirements and core competency requirements and performance management of the position. 

Talent & Staff Development Management

• Guide the line manager in the successor/talent selection process, if any.
• Guide the line managers and staff on managing career development methodologies 

Change Management

• Provide guidance to line manager in understanding the need for change, identify the change requirements, and to support continuous improvement.
• Undertake ad-hoc functional or cross-functional change management projects, where assigned.
• Support change initiatives that affects the business and advice on people management aspect.
• Support culture and team building for the functions/areas 

Requirements 

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR functional roles, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and change management.
