What You Will Do:

The Junior Technology Program Analyst will support services and will support operational activities such as strategic initiatives, responses to taskers and inquires, meetings, and direct communication with the Guidehouse Lead and Client team on status updates. This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing long term programmatic planning efforts to demonstrate emerging processes and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of TSA’s mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection. Guidehouse is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team supporting a national security organization. The Guidehouse Team performs a range of IT services required to plan, manage, architect, engineer, develop, configure, test, and sustain a risk-based passenger prescreening system of systems.

As a part of this team, you will provide systems engineering, integration, and infrastructure support for the system's data analytics environment. Guidehouse is currently seeking a Network Project Manager (PM) to support a large-scale IT rollout project in Huntsville, AL.  The purpose of this position is to provide multi-facetted project support and oversight for IT Infrastructure and Network Engineering efforts in a multi-disciplined campus environment. The PM will understand and develop the project(s) scope of work (SOW) and bring all the moving parts together to ensure a successful outcome.  The first project will be a multi-year, network consolidation, initiative that replaces multiple disparate systems across three security classification domains.  These systems will be consolidated into a transport architecture that utilized SDN separated only by classification. The general responsibilities of the Senior Network Project Manager are as follows, to include but not be limited to:

• Understand and develop network planning, design, and initial implementation of the FBI’s new Enterprise Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) connecting Enterprise Software Defined Access (SDA) in all buildings in Huntsville, AL.

• Part of network engineering project team to validate network design as per customer specifications including circuit protection, transport network selection, and interworking across networks.

• Develop end-to-end project implementation schedules and keep on budget for each project; multiple across the Redstone Arsenal (RSA).

• Balance prioritization, timelines, and potential risk factors that may impact project success.

What You Will Do:
The software training specialist is a key training team member, responsible for all facets of the design, development, and delivery of software training using a combination of web-based, distance-learning and instructor-led training methods. This person will be responsible for the assessment, design, and conceptualization of training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, and curriculums to support the implementation of a Human Resource Information System. In this role, the individual will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), business owners, and other team members throughout the design and development process.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Partner with the client and functional area/SMEs to develop, implement, and maintain training instructional materials in multiple modalities including Job Aids, videos, live/virtual instructor-led training, and online computer-based trainings to assist employees in learning software functionality

• Experience with incorporating change management in training approach

• Training creation, management, scheduling, delivery & assessment

• Design and maintain W training curriculum and development plans utilizing multiple modalities such as Job Aids, videos, live/virtual instructor-led training, and computer-based trainings employing various tools

• Maintain knowledge of all software modules including HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Talent & Performance, Compensation, etc.

• Evaluate training impacts due to software releases in partnership with the client and develop appropriate implementation materials

• Conduct semi-annual audits of training Job Aids and other reference materials; evaluate and review for changes and schedule future materials for publication

• Apply continuous improvement principles to training creation and delivery, help text functionality, and all other aspects of the training function

• Schedule and deliver training sessions as needed based on software updates or when new modules or options are added

• Facilitate SME-led informational sessions in partnership with functional areas

What You Will Need:

• A CURRENT and ACTIVE Top Secret (TS) /SCI federal security clearance with Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph

• Bachelor’s Degree

• SIX (6) years previous experience developing high-quality courses using a combination of web-based training, distance-learning, and instructor-led training.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

• Familiarity with various instructional tools to produce blended learning program consisting of eLearning, classroom, and video conferencing.

• The candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• The candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.

• High business and technical aptitude to learn new applications.

The Associate Director in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Technical Services plays a key role in developing, proposing, and delivering solutions related to the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) energy grids, especially focused on the changing industry dynamics as part of a clean energy future. This Associate Director-T&D Technical Services position is a highly challenging role that draws heavily upon all of the analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills essential to delivering effective regulatory and general strategy consulting engagements. It is essential for the Associate Director-T&D Technical Services to have the ability to assume complete ownership of significant projects while at the same time being a part of and leading a team. 

The Associate Director-T&D Technical Services will also function as a consultant and must organize their own tasks and schedules in carrying out substantial business analyses and delivering high-quality, client-ready work.  As our clients are often large with complex systems, the Associate Director-T&D Technical Services must demonstrate considerable poise and business maturity to perform effectively and add value in the client environment.  The Associate Director-T&D Technical Services must effectively represent and advocate for Guidehouse and our clients in multiple industry forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transmission planning and operations strategy and solutions focused on coordinated operations, infrastructure resilience, and reliability assessments

• Impact assessment of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and other federal and state energy policies

What You Will Need:

• Due to nature of client engagements, US Citizenship restrictions apply
