What you will do 

The Commercial Security Account Executive will promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory, establishing relationships, closing new business, and ensuring customer retention. You are a "brand steward", charged with telling our story and clearly demonstrating that Johnson Controls is the leading electronic security provider. Secures profitable sales and upgrades to new, existing and discontinued customers while improving customer happiness and retention through post installation follow-ups.

How you will do it 

• Build new market share by selling to new local commercial customers.  

• Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities.  

• Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations.  

• Renew existing customer agreements.  

• Responsible for resale opportunities within an assigned territory. 

• Identify prospects using creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.  

• Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques.  

• Follow up with prospects.  

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.   

• Acquire referrals and work with Centers of Influence.  

• Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.  

• Conduct post-installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer happiness once the customer has been in service   

What we look for 

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.  

• Experience in security sales or service. 

• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record. 

• Available for local travel.  

Preferred:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside sales of commercial security systems.

You Have:  

• 5+ years of experience with securing applications in AWS or Azure Cloud
• Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF)

Leidos has an immediate need for a Senior Microsoft Security Engineer for a new customer on a highly-visible and strategic Cybersecurity Task Order. The Senior Microsoft Security Engineer will need to be a self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, flexibility, good judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple, concurrent tasks in an effective manner. This individual will work with internal team members to ensure that systems are functional, secure, and scalable. The systems and networks developed will be used to collect and process data and improve the customer’s security infrastructure. The Senior Security Engineer will support the design and development of cybersecurity tools and technology along with integration of new architectural features into existing infrastructures while maintaining the integrity and security of enterprise-wide systems and networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, build, and maintain current and future customer-supported tools and platforms

• Manage multiple assignments and work independently with minimal oversight

• Produce system design documents.  Support architectural analysis of cyber security features and existing system related to future needs and trends

• Review and provide input to system requirements based on cybersecurity posture

• Compile industry best practices and lessons learned into future iterations and new designs

• Provide broad-based experience in IT Service Management and apply the experience to specific cyber security initiatives relating to system design, development, and operations and maintenance

• Employ measures to ensure the deployed infrastructure is secure and available

• Advise and assist team members to deploy and configure collection services and tools

• Develop processes to evaluate and improve all operating systems, hardware, software, and firmware solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft/Office 365, including at least 1-2 years of experience with securely configuring/engineering Microsoft/Office 365

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, including at least 1-2 years of experience with securely configuring/engineering Microsoft Azure

• BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or related field and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience with a focus on cybersecurity OR Masters with 8-10 years of prior relevant experience.

• Expertise with Azure services and components to build, manage, and maintain Azure Cloud environments

• Experience deploying, maintain and troubleshooting Microsoft/Office 365 at an enterprise level

• Extensive automation experience with PowerShell and Shell Scripting for automating repeatable tasks and installations

• Extensive knowledge of server operations and maintenance

• Extensive experience managing enterprise networks

• Understanding of cloud terminology, architecture, and tools to include installing, provisioning and monitoring.

• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining tools such as Tanium, Nessus, Forescout, and Cyberark in a hybrid-cloud environment

• Manage issue specific interviews with all levels of personnel for resolution of security concerns and prepare accurate and quality reports of investigations with mitigating information.
• Conduct all-inclusive interviews with Subjects/Sources and take accurate notes.
• Review requested records to obtain pertinent information, resulting in the resolution of security concerns that may have questioned Subject’s judgement, reliability, and trustworthiness.
• Knowledge and experience working in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Scattered Castles.
• Document, file, and maintain all actions in the PeopleSoft security system of record.
• Collect, investigate, research, document, and forward to adjudications, as applicable, all adjudicative relevant information received through Automated Records Checks (ARC) and the Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) for employees and contractors, in the SISP mandated timelines.
• Knowledge and understanding of the thirteen Adjudicative Guidelines (SEAD 4).
• Follow-up as appropriate to ensure timely action on all ARC and CEP events.

The Senior Security Engineer will need to be a self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, flexibility, good judgment and the ability to coordinate multiple, concurrent tasks in an effective manner. This individual will work with internal team members to ensure the systems are functional, secure, and scalable. The systems and networks developed will be used to collect and process data and improve the customer’s security infrastructure. The Senior Security Engineer will support the design and development of cybersecurity tools and technology along with integration of new architectural features into existing infrastructures while maintaining the integrity and security of enterprise-wide systems and networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides technical leadership and support to a team of Senior/Junior Security Engineers with a broad scope of capabilities and tools, including Splunk, Tanium, Cyberark, SOAR, security stacks, networking protocols, Threat Intelligence Platforms, Cloud technology, and other security operations-related technologies.
• Manage multiple assignments, changing priorities, and work independently with little oversight
• Tackles large security projects, both of a technical and compliance nature. The senior engineer is expected to tackle difficult technical issues and changes with minimal oversight
• Support all support, guidance and develop processes to evaluate and improve all operating systems, hardware support, software, firmware solutions and provide advisement concerning future purchase of the same
• Work closely with senior engineers, other team members and application owners to solve technical problems at the network, system and application levels
• Conduct periodic architectural reviews of installed sensors to assess effectiveness and propose optimal installation alternatives as required
• Documentation, Visio Diagrams and reporting along with presentation, teamwork and DHS wide collaboration are among the expected duties and mission of the task order
• Resolve Linux system errors and crashes, disk space problems, huge file system and full disk errors
• Experience in backend solution, day to day system admin and monitoring, file system management and disk management and creation of shell scripts for the automation of tasks and the extraction of logs
• Hardware and software installations, upgrades, maintenance, security analysis and network performance and tuning of Windows and Linux servers in a virtual infrastructure
• Define system security & design requirements to meet FISMA and FedRAMP compliance standards
• Maintain a current working knowledge of IT development methodology, architecture design, security best practices, and technical standards
• Communicate with other technical leads, IT groups, and customer reps so they understand all aspects of proposed changes/solutions
• Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for Root Cause analysis, engineering technical assessment and process improvement initiatives
• Communicate security vulnerability reports and trends to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken
• Develop, implement, communicate, and enforce security policies and/or processes for data, software applications, and cloud infrastructure
• Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, researching and follow-up skills
• Communicates with other technical leads, IT groups, and clients so they understand the project's technical implications, dependencies, and potential conflicts. Evaluates the impacts of change requests on own/shared technologies and effectively persuades and influences others on ideas
• Understanding network security (firewalls and IDS) design and implementation

Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or related field and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience with a focus on cybersecurity OR Masters with 8-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, securing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux or similar Linux distributions
• Extensive automation experience with PowerShell and Shell Scripting for automating repeatable tasks and installations
• Extensive knowledge of server operations and maintenance
• Experience managing Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory
• Experience managing Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) and single sign-on using SAML and PIV/CAC
• Experience with Active Directory Group Policy management
• Knowledge and experience supporting public key infrastructure (PKI)
• Knowledge and experience implementing and supporting Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and Azure Dedicated HSM
• Knowledge and experience managing keys, certificates, certificate requests, and format conversions with OpenSSL
• Understanding of cloud terminology, architecture, and tools to include installing, provisioning and monitoring
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining tools such as Tanium, Nessus, Axonius, CrowdStrike, and CyberArk in a hybrid-cloud environment
• Extensive knowledge of Ansible and Red Hat Satellite
• Perform analysis of security posture by reviewing vulnerability and compliance scans and making recommendations for remediations and managing POA&Ms
• Excellent problem solving, research, and follow-up skills
• Ability to obtain an Entry of Duty (EOD) Public Trust
• Candidate must, at a minimum, meet one of these certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CCNP, CCIE Security, CEH, RHCSA, RHCA, RHCE, MCSE, COMPTIA Security+, GCIH, GPEN, OSCP, OSCE, Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing Palo Alto Networks VM-Series firewalls, AWS Network Firewall, AWS Network ACLs, AWS security groups, Azure Firewall, Azure network security groups, and related network resources
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop service
• Solid understanding of developing and leveraging CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)

Additional Requirements:

• Expertise with Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud Platforms
• Experience automating management tasks with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Experience working between different Cloud Provider environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience developing in Bash, Python, PowerShell

Experience working with SIEM tools such as Splunk to ingest, normalize, store, and maintain data from endpoint, network, and application source types

CACI is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in the Springfield, VA and/or St. Louis, MO area.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) is responsible for ensuring that appropriate
operational security postures and active security authorizations for all projects/security plans (SPIDs) are maintained for information processing systems. ISSO’s are responsible for creating and maintaining required security body of evidence (BoE) artifacts such as Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAMs), and that control implementations and test plans meet all Assessment and Authorization (A&A) milestone requirements per customer requirements and practices.

The ISSO is responsible for conducting vulnerability assessments, assisting programs in managing POA&M resolution, and consulting with program teams as they apply ICD 503 and the RMF standards throughout the IT Systems lifecycle.

More About the Role:

• Conduct in-depth security reviews of program systems, applications, and services.
• Participate in security assessments and after assessment, develop a transition plan to address areas for remediation to align the application with the baseline standards.
• Ensure that appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an information system and as such, works in close collaboration with the Information System Owner (ISO).
• Conduct research, develops, implements, test, and reviews an applications information security IAW DoD/NIST RMF requirements in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access.
• Direct the contracting team about security measures, explain potential threats, implement security measures, and monitor applications in order to meet or exceed all DoD/NIST RMF requirements, resulting in faster and more accurate software releases.
• Support the maintenance of active security authorizations for all projects/security plans (SPIDs) and of required security body of evidence (BoE) artifacts such as POAMs, control implementations and test plans to meet all Assessment and Authorization (A&A) milestone requirements.
• Oversee the continuous integration of newly developed or modernized applications and services with all enterprise security services (ESS).
• Implement all applicable manual Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), vendor hardening guides and ensuring timely installation of all available patches.
• Usage of security relevant databases such as XACTA 360, Service+, Continuity Planning Tool (CPT), and Software Approval Process (SWAP).

Program Summary

As an ISSE you will join a small team of senior professionals providing Information Assurance (IA) Architecture Analysis and Security Engineering Support for the implementation and fielding of the National Leadership Command Capability in support of Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Continuity of Government (COG), and Senior Leader communications. The ISSE will perform in a consultant like role providing technical knowledge, expertise and advice to our customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

The ISSE shall perform, or review, technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established IA standards and regulations and recommended mitigation strategies. This includes:

• Validates and verifies system security requirements definitions and analysis and establishes system security design

• Designs, develops, implements and/or integrates IA and security systems and system components including those for networking, computing and enclave environment to include those with multiple enclaves and with differing data protection/classification requirements

• Builds IA into systems deployed to operation environments

• Assist architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate information security functionality to ensure uniform application of Agency security policy and enterprise solutions

• Supports the building of security architectures

• Enforces the design and implementation of trusted relations among external systems and architecture

• Assesses and mitigates system security threats/risk throughout the program life cycle

• Contributes to the security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification and awareness activities for system and networking operations

• Reviews C&A documentation, providing feedback on completeness and compliance of its content

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Active TS/SCI with polygraph. US Citizenship required. CCA cases may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university ideally in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering or related field with a minimum of 12 years of experience as an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) or Network Engineer on programs and/or contracts with the customer space

• CISSP OR CASP certification required

• CISSP - ISSEP DoD approved 8570 baseline certification for Level III position only

• Strong writing skills

• Confidence and ability to present briefing to senior level DoD officials in both prepared briefings and/or in ad hoc discussions.

• Additionally, the candidate must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Expertise in network technology and systems security engineering. Experience in identifying, researching, characterizing, and documenting security weaknesses related to operating systems, software applications, firmware, network hardware components, as well as network architecture design and documented policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of, and practical experience with the NIST Special Publications 800 Series, CNSSI 1253, and DoD 8500.

• Should have significant hands on experience implementing security and/or network components, i.e. routers, firewalls, IPS, IDS, etc.
