We are looking for a Site Master Planning Administrator to join the hospital redevelopment team to help us deliver the biggest hospital building programme in a generation. This role will ensure the efficient and effective management of space at the North Devon District Hospital site, working closely with Project Co-ordinator and Capital Project Manager. The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive business support function to ensure the efficient and effective utilisation of space at the Northern sites of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust ("RDUH"), which will include: Curation and updating of a space utilisation IT system Administration of the RDUH space utilisation process Co-ordinating multi-disciplinary meetings Day to day management of space requests. The post holder will assist in producing site master plans for various stages in the Our Future Hospital Programme, working alongside the Capital Project Coordinator and external consultants. To provide high value management reports to inform operational and strategic decision making and develop, implement, maintain and support the integration of College management information systems.
Manage the maintenance, updating and integration of the Student Records System to other systems using T-SQL. Develop, maintain reports to monitor systems, processes and procedures that ensure the accuracy of MI data and quality of information.
Devise, develop and implement self-service and automated processes to deliver accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders, including data dashboards and data validations and provide first line support for any user of student data systems and reports.
