KBR is seeking a Project Manager for Instructional Systems Design (ISD) work supporting a government client in Orlando, FL. You will lead a team supporting analysis, curriculum design, and courseware development for trainers and simulators for surface vessels such as Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) and Frigates, equipment which interfaces with surface vessels, multi-platform systems, and potentially other Department of Defense (DoD) platforms or weapon systems. • Implement 80/20 and Agile methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Identify areas for improvement by analyzing existing processes and systems and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Champion necessary training and guidance to the team for 80/20 and Agile methodologies or strategies for continuous improvement

• Will provide support with mergers and acquisitions when and if integration of operations is needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Minimum 9 years’ experience in design and development of products including project management experience with demonstrated ability to produce innovative and successful products.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and analytical skills with a keen attention to deal

• The ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and define priority.

Job Description:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at one of our on-site support services centers or client sites. Will also responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site, including recruiting, training, and development of their professional skills.  

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal liaison between EPIQ, the client’s administration and the site employees

• Provides excellent client white glove customer service to all end-users at the site

• Provides onsite leadership with the Epiq team, and encourages staff development in their careers

• Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of our on-site operations

• Seeks opportunities to increase our capabilities and makes recommendations to the key contact

• Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client

• Recruits and interviews potential EPIQ candidates for available positions at the site

• Hires, trains, manages, and evaluates all personnel assigned to the site

• Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime

• Compiles, collects, and reporting for all data necessary to provide the client with monthly management reports

• Displays high ethical standard, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College experience preferred but not require

• Previous management experience in a client service oriented field, preferably mail/copy/production

• Detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve complaints

• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

• Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Enterprise Operations Manager oversees the operational and strategic management of a client relationship with the primary focus of achieving and surpassing client expectations. This position reports to an Enterprise Account Director with a dedication towards achieving account profitability; serving as the primary escalation contact; providing account leadership and mentorship to the Site Managers and on-site teams.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all assigned locations, personnel, and equipment for a client with multiple locations nationally

• Oversee the Site Managers and potentially other employees at multiple site locations

• Provide management direction to ensure our accounts are receiving quality service while operating efficiently and profitably

• Develop strategies to achieve 100% client satisfaction

• Strategically engage Epiq resources to support proactive solutions and industry trends with client

• Scheduled/Unscheduled travel to all client locations to monitor account performance

• Ensure monthly report compilation, including accurate billing submittal and invoice processing

• Monthly meeting/touch points with clients in all offices

• Perform Annual end-user survey and Semi-Annual Client survey

• Preparation, presentation, and review of Strategic Business Reviews

• Lead recruiting, developing, and training initiatives to optimize account performance

• Develop account strategies in accordance with overall strategy and business plans

• Proactively provide solutions to the client contact

• Respond to client concerns

• Host recurring meetings to train, educate and inform the on-site management team

• Develop positive relationships with client key contacts in each local office

• Ability to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant management experience

• Experience managing multi-site and multi-client operations

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business process outsourcing industry

• Process improvement and project planning experience a plus

• Six Sigma training a plus

• Records and Information Governance leadership and workflow experience preferred

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience with heavy profit and loss responsibility

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional level work experience in a production environment and/or a client-service oriented field

• Working knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office software

• Knowledge ofand utilization of typical office services equipment and technology

• Extensive travel and on-site location work at times

The Compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
