The role -

This is a permanent post, offering a market leading package to join us full time,

Working with the Day to Day maintenance team, you will be working in properties in South London doing mostly minor Tiling, Painting Decorating, some Joinery and basic Plumbing.

Our client based in North London is currently recruiting for an Early Shift HGV/PSV Technician to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a full time, temporary position based in North London offering between £30 - £32 per hour Umbrella LTD.

The role.

As the Maintenance Handy Person you will take on all minor repairs to the building and the rooms on behalf of our service.

Daily tasks you can expect to be doing.

Carry out repairs and maintenance duties in accordance with safe operating procedures and relevant health & safety policies and around Basic Joinery and Plumbing.

Keep all windows, doors, kitchen units and furniture are in working order by repairing, replacing or easing and adjusting.

Maintain onsite facilities by repairing/replacing washers, taps, tiles, ball valves, WC seats, fuses, light bulbs, handles, locks and sealing around baths/sinks/showers.

Ensure all common parts are clear of potential hazards including those attributable to seasonal changes including external footpaths. Keep clear air-bricks, gullies and low level guttering from blockages.

Salary

This is a full time temporary post with a view to going permanent in the future. Salary is £17.10 PAYE per hour inclusive of holiday pay or £18.82 LTD umbrella should you wish this option.
