About the Role:

As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you will be at the heart of the clients our service operations. You will work in a state-of-the-art workshop that caters to a range of vehicles, including Peugeot and Citroen models, as well as other major brands. Reporting to the Endoscopy Lead & Theatre Manager, the successful candidate will assist the qualified nurses to care for patients following surgical, investigative or medical procedures in line with national guidelines, hospital policies and best practice standards in the Endoscopy & Theatre setting, including:

OAH: Endoscopy Decontamination Technician; Endoscopy Decontamination Technician

I have a post for an experienced Multi Trade / Joiner to join our Repairs Team covering Ashford.

Working with the day to day Repairs maintenance team, you will be working in properties in Ashford carrying out general repairs around Joinery.

The Job.

Day to Day you will carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from installation work in Joinery, a little bit of basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering and painting may also be required. General repairs fall around Joinery work - changing locks, fixing skirtings, Doors, Frames etc.

We are looking for people who can carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'.

Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm (Monday - Friday) - 40 hours per week - Company Van is issued during working hours

Salary

The pay range for the role is £18.00 to £19.20 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £15.35 to £16.37 per hour, inclusive of holiday.

Requirements needed to apply.

Training
This is a Level 2 Autocare Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by Robert Bosch Ltd.
Training is delivered on a block release basis at the Bosch Training Facility in Doncaster.
This means your college based training will be delivered away from home and you will be required to stay in a hotel for 12 separate weeks (Mon – Fri) over the 24 - 30 month duration of the apprenticeship.
All associated costs for training are met by the employer/the programme and there will be no cost to yourself/your parents or guardians.
Assessments will also be conducted in the work place by a dedicated training assessor. You will also be assigned a workplace mentor for support in dealership.
As a result you will receive the following qualification:
• Autocare Technician Level 2
There may also be opportunity to progress to the Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance apprenticeship upon successful completion of the Level 2 Autocare Technician standard.


Qualifications required
