Major duties and responsibilities will include:

• Has a broad knowledge of routing modified diets, combinations of diet modifications and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) dietetics software

While performing a full range of biochemical tests, must have an extensive knowledge of instrumentation to install, calibrate, troubleshoot and resolve problems. Calibrates at timely and/or established intervals to minimize break downs and delay of procedures. Performs and monitors quality control. When controls fall outside acceptable limits, employee uses independent judgment, in conjunction with standard operating procedures, to evaluate the validity of data in relation to the test system and assay procedures, correlating and integrating information and perform additional testing to confirm abnormal results. - Undertake repairs to HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard.
- Undertake installation, alteration and repairs to pipework systems as needed.
- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
- Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
- Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
- Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
- Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
- Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
- Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.



Working hours:

- 4 on, 4 off (2 earlies, 2 lates then repeat)
- 07:00-17:30 (earlies), 16:00-02:00 (lates)
- Cab home on late shift (must live within M25)

Requirements:

- Experience working in commercial building services
- Mechanically qualified
- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- Apprentice trained - Desired not essential
- Able to work the hours advertised
- Experience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises are preferable.
