A very established company in Oxford are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the running of the Head Office Building from a facilities perspective, looking after a small team of staff and working closely with the Group Health and Safety Manager and Directors.

You need to be a highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to the role, and you must have proven experience in facilities management in a relevant environment, a working knowledge of health and safety matters, and demonstrable experience of managing a busy and varied workload. About the role

We are looking to recruit a Fabric Technician to join our friendly team to ensure site fabric services are to a high standard within our Health contract based at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday working various shifts between 7am and 7pm.



Responsibilities

Attend regular M&E meetings with the Hard FM Manager and senior maintenance technician as required.

What you should bring to the role

- To be a time-served apprentice with an NVQ or C&G level 3 in mechanical and electrical qualification
