Band 7 CAMHS Nurse - Leamington Spa NHS

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Band 7 CAMHS Nurse to work within the Leamington Spa NHS. This is a temporary agency role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a pay rate of £31 Ltd per hour (paid via umbrella).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload within the core CAMHS team, supporting children and young people (CYP) referred with mental health conditions.
• Reduce the risk for CYPs on the waiting list, ensuring they receive timely support and intervention.
• Help ensure patient flow continues smoothly, easing the workload on existing staff and contributing to reduced waiting times for service users.
• Support the delivery of child and family-focused services, meeting performance and quality targets.
• Case manage young people, ensuring their care is consistent, effective, and focused on their needs.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with external services, including education, social care, the acute sector, and third-sector organizations, to deliver shared outcomes for CYPs.

Our client is seeking a Temporary Principal Committee Services Officer to join their Democratic Services team. This pivotal role ensures the client's decision-making bodies operate efficiently and in line with statutory requirements. The role also provides essential support on data protection, freedom of information, and complaint processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Council meetings, including agenda preparation, report checking, and producing accurate minutes.
• Act as an advisor to Councillors, trade unions, and attendees on Council procedures and relevant legislation.
• Maintain and publish public registers, such as Declarations of Interest and gifts/hospitality, in compliance with legislation.
• Liaise with elected members, service areas, and conduct research for task groups as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to interpret local government law and advise on Access to Information legislation.

• Ensure adherence to the Statement of Purpose and Function of the home, updating relevant documentation as required.
