• As a Supervisory Operations Research Analyst, you will perform duties to include, but not limited to the following:
• Serves as a senior operations research analyst and Division Chief, supervising a professional staff of military and civilian operations research analysts and other technical and support personnel.
• Performs the daily supervision of division personnel, to include assignment of work, reviewing and accepting their products, identifying training requirements, establishing performance objectives and performing evaluations.

As a INTERDISCIPLINARY OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST/COMPUTER SCIENTIST at the GS-1515/1550-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:

• Within Wargaming Branch, incumbent supports the analysis and evaluation of joint future concepts and their associated ways and means, incorporates computer hardware and software in the analysis and evaluation of joint future concepts via wargaming to improve delivery of U.S. operational capabilities to the future joint force.
• Participates in the development of experimentation and wargaming events, data collection and analysis plans, to ensure results that will best determine the value of and enable implementation of validated joint concepts and capabilities.
