We are looking to recruit a skilled tradesperson / Carpenter with a friendly and positive “can do” attitude. You will attend to carpentry repairs and PPM duties, you will have the skills and expertise to be able to identify the problem(s) and find and fix issues within the NHS and Trust owned or run properties in the surrounding area.

You will have the ability to carry out varied carpentry duties to a competent standard.

You will be working in a team, and have the ability to undertake standalone tasks, with an emphasis on a quality finish, to meet with our customers high expectations.

You will conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards Codes of Practice, safe systems of work and recognised industry standards to minimise damage to the fabric of the property and to create minimal disruptions to our patients and visitors.

As an individual with experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning products are used effectively and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers. As this is a customer facing role the successful candidate will also need to possess good customer service skills.

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Clean and prepare the areas of responsibility following the required policies and procedures, ensuring that the location is clean, tidy, pleasant and safe for our patients.

• Ensure that appropriate cleaning products are used effectively and that health, safety and infection prevention and control procedures are followed at all times.

• Varied general responsibilities ranging from making beds, cleaning rooms, offices and corridors, staff rooms and bathrooms.

• Use of tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, scrubber dryers and carpet cleaners

• Supporting clinical staff as required.

Soft Landscapers are needed is needed to work for one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance company's for tasks such as Laying Turf, Planting trees & shrubs, preparing top soil and Spreading Bark Mulch.

The normal hours are 9 hour day (6.30am - to 4.00pm with ½ hour lunch break daily Monday to Friday)

We need candidates for immediate starts

Candidates must have experience in landscaping and a drivers licence

Very good pay rate of up to £14.57 depending on skills an experience

We would require candidates to either have a CSCS card or to do a CITB basic H&S test ( costs £22.50 ) before joining our client
