• Subject matter expert on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act and Civil Liberties. Makes decisions in line with prior ANG Base policy and planning, such as priority of new construction, acceptance of completed work, facility disposal, real estate acquisition, utilization, or disposal actions. 4. Provides technical instructions and information on architectural, engineering and other technical requirements and assigns phases of projects to subordinate architects, engineers, engineering technicians, and draftsmen. 5. Through subordinate supervisors, directs approximately twenty-five or more civilian and military employees engaged in readiness, Crash-Fire-Rescue engineering design, explosive ordnance disposal engineering, and operational facility maintenance duties and is responsible for providing training and facilities for the OJT and proficiency training of approximately 100 drill status officers and airmen. Exercises personnel management responsibilities normally found in positions at this level including identification of training needs for supervisors and technical staff members. • Conducts research and completes purchase requests for supplies/equipment for multiple Resident Agencies. Serves as a Government Purchase Card cardholder for the field office, maintaining records of all procurement actions and ensuring compliance.
• Serves as the office property custodian for multiple Resident Agencies; inventories accountable property and equipment; disposes of excess property; conducts annual accountable property inspections.

This position is required to do considerable standing, bending, kneeling, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching and climbing. Must have ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labor as unassisted lifting, moving and carrying of supplies and equipment weighing up to 45 pounds is required. Assisted lifting, moving and carrying in excess of 45 pounds may be required. May be required to climb/descend stairs and properly placed stepladders.
