Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out the ordering and the management of PPE & Stationery.
• Ensuring compliance of the Acquire Goods and Service process.

• Carry out the ordering of goods and services up to a value of £20k.
• Establish call off arrangements.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team, operating out of our Newtownards site. This role involves a fortnightly rotating shift pattern, so flexibility is key.

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 6am - 2pm
• Week 2: 1:30pm - 11:30pm

Pay Rate: £13.15 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and lifting large metal extrusion products, so candidates must be physically fit.
• General warehouse duties, including organising stock and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Ensuring the warehouse remains tidy, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Preparing goods for dispatch.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving license or live locally due to transport arrangements.
• Prior experience in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Main Duties:

An immediate vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to work for an excellent employer in the Carrickfergus area. This is a permanent position, however will be paid via Manpower for the first 12 weeks.

Primary Responsibilities:
Arrange priority collection/deliveries to and from customers as and when required.
Liaise with customers to ensure smooth transactions to and from the warehouse.
