Job Summary
The Risk Management Senior Manager for Procurement develops strategy for risk mitigation related to suppliers, internal partners/vendors, global procedures and REIT exposures.  The role will ensure technology systems are designed and developed to automate risk processes.  The leader will have close interactions with business stakeholders and our legal team on contract provisions and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Procurement Global Risk Governance Process and Systems 

• Defines and executes a three line of defense (3LOD) strategy; responsible for overall domain strategy

• Defines program KPI’s and KRI’s and ensures team performance

• Manages a matrix team of Risk Domain Owners (RDO) across Equinix

• Responsible for overall process and controls design within our TPRM Supplier System of Record (SoR), Equinix’s “Know Your Supplier” program

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Senior Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager positions are critical to the successful operations of FedEx Office’s largest and most impactful retail stores. You will run and grow your business while maintaining Purple Promise service, operational excellence and leading, developing and coaching your direct reports. Supports the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager in attaining Levi's® Store Iconic status by assisting in the development of the store team and contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.  Assumes responsibility for store in the absence of Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:      
   

• Accountable for operational results in store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control
• Is accountable and holds others accountable for ensuring all operational standards are achieved
• Assists in the hiring, training and retention of a store staff that model Levis Strauss & Co (LS&Co) selling practices, deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals
• Executes flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations where needed
• Lead merchandising team to reliably accomplish productivity goals and completion of RFID-enabled inventory management processes and visual merchandising standards by operating the company tools and resources
• Hold merchandising team accountable to RFID-enabled inventory management and visual merchandising processes, effectively leading the team through change, ensuring adherence to best practices, and actively coaching the team for maximum productivity.
• Accountable to store manager for driving process adoption, proficiency, and effectiveness.
• Recruits and conducts screening interviews for stylist position and makes recommendations for new hires
• Participates in training process for new hires on LS&Co culture, product knowledge, selling practices and other associate responsibilities
• Coaches and develops staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization. 
• Contributes to a positive work environment that encourages retention and talent  
• Manages minor employee relations issues including performance management and holding associates accountable for following LS&Co policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:    

• 3 years progressively responsible retail leadership experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates
• Strong retail apparel experience
• Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
• Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in Levi Strauss & Co

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Senior Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager positions are critical to the successful operations of FedEx Office’s largest and most impactful retail stores. You will run and grow your business while maintaining Purple Promise service, operational excellence and leading, developing and coaching your direct reports. Your leadership and passion for results allows the store team to provide solutions to our customers and reach the store financial goals. 

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members

• Regularly spend time building and inspiring high performing teams by using FedEx Office tools, resources, effective judgment and decision-making in the selection, training, development, retention and performance management of your people

• Coach and teach your team and ensure they have the tools and information needed to support company goals and perform their jobs

• Regularly work with our largest accounts, complex customer needs and/or serve as a consultative partner to our host properties and commercial sales in the execution of work for our key customers

• Take ownership of all store controls including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures, financials, safety, security, scheduling and compliance with state and federal laws and system management through leadership and delegation

• Regularly practice independent judgment, self-management and effective decision-making in the performance of daily job duties including accounts receiveable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps and bank deposits

• Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple leadership tasks within established timeframes by effectively planning and managing workload, delegating work and supervising, monitoring and directing store leaders and other team members

• Share ideas and use Quality Improvement tools in order to improve the business

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Minimum High School or GED

• 4+ years of related (ex. retail, service, hospitality, military) experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook

About You

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600- $146,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
