Quality Assurance develops and implements a compliant and cost effective quality system that assures products and services are reliable, safe and effective. This job family provides oversight of production/manufacturing activities, training to operational and quality control personnel, and educates business leaders on Quality policies and procedures and ensures that all products and services are properly reviewed for quality and documented.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cGMP documentation review related to product release, facilities and equipment, material controls, laboratory controls, packaging and labeling, and production and process controls.
• Establish and report metrics related products and processes.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures.
• Assist in determining types of tests to be performed as well as documentation and reporting requirements.

• Actively partner with plant management and personnel in troubleshooting quality deficiencies and implement corrective measures to eliminate quality problems.
• Assures quality events are complete and accurate and resolved in a timely manner that meets the expectations of applicable quality agreements.

• Able to challenge, appropriately, the design, conduct, and reporting of GMP activities including metrics and annual reporting. In that context, has the knowledge of the production process of the product.
• Understands technical/release product issues and evaluates their potential impact on product quality and compliance.
• Provides ideas for continuous improvement of the cGMP Quality Management System.
• Escalates complex issues to management in a timely manner.
• Prioritizes and ensures work is delivered in an efficient way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science preferred – Chemistry degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in a regulated environment preferred, pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Possess an understanding of cGMP/compliance requirements for 210/211 preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

Schedule

• Onsite in Aurora, CO. Typically, Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Candidate must be available to work weekends to provide coverage at site. Weekend work will be limited.

Each staff member will receive specific training in keeping radiation exposures within regulatory guidelines and he/she will be routinely monitored for their exposure to radiation. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.

We are currently hiring a Journeyman Electrician to support the US Space Force Satellite Control Network (SCN) in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will perform Journeyman Electrician-level high voltage 3 phase, and control wiring of remote satellite tracking station systems.  Qualified candidate would also be expected to support a wide range of maintenance activities and functions including, comprehensive technical knowledge to solve problems by interpreting Space Force Technical Orders, vendor manuals or similar documents. Work requires familiarity with the interrelationships of satellite tracking station circuits and understanding the selection and use of proper tools and test equipment to perform that work. Receives technical guidance, as required and work is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. Provide technical guidance to peers and onsite technicians.

• Under limited direction, provides electrical maintenance of site/field equipment and/or the installation, rearrangement and removal of electrical systems at the customer site or at the company location.

• Tests, completes analysis, repairs, aligns, and adjusts equipment associated with any trouble reports at the customer site and routinely performs optimization maintenance activities.

What You Will Do:

The Tester will support a high-paced client environment and a team of experienced application developers. The development team supports a large integrated platform, which deploys through a DevSecOps pipeline.  Tester will support the agile team within a prescribed Agile/SDLC and deployment process, which requires testing and supporting documentation to be completed at consistent milestones during each delivery sprint. Communication is paramount to keep to the sprint milestones to ensure a successful delivery and production deployment each sprint. Cardinal Health PET Manufacturing Services is responsible for manufacturing PET radiopharmaceuticals to enhance patient treatment through improved disease diagnosis, staging, and monitoring. 

Responsibilities

• Handles CGMP documentation review related to product release, facilities and equipment, material controls, laboratory controls, packaging and labeling, and production & process controls.

Qualifications

• Participate in Quality audits as necessary to meet certification requirements. Maintain statistics to support typical audits.

Responsibilities include:

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues

• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order

• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided

• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws

• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs

• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures

• Advise customers of potential problems

• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes

• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage

Qualifications:

About the Role:

As a Control Systems Technician, you will focus on equipment troubleshooting and maintaining material handling equipment (MHE) such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply labeling systems, scales, HMI systems, and control cabinets. In addition to developing your skills, you will mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Maintain material handling control systems, industrial, motor control systems, servo and frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems
• Monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and partner with Controls Technicians and Mechanics to resolve equipment electrical problems that create performance deficiencies
• Utilize Operation System Assessment reports to improve material handling system reliability through preventive maintenance tasks completion and identifies deficiency repairs
• Escalate to operations and network support resources for guidance and assistance to restore equipment back to operational mode with minimal downtime impact for Operations
• Communicate technical issues to RME and Operations Leadership

Basic Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years of experience with Motor Controls (motor starts, variable frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components) 
• 2+ years of experience with repair of control network components 
• 1+ years of experience with HMI components 
• 1+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
• 1+ years of experience with Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Electronic Technology (or similar)
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Control Systems troubleshooting/ programming
• Experience supporting a range of different conveyors and sortation systems
• Project Management experience with the ability to train others
• Experience with robotic maintenance
• Experience with AB RS LOGIX 5000 PLC’s and PLC components
• Experience with SCADA systems and KPI’s

About the Role:

As a Control Systems Lead, you will lead service technicians on the team with maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Material Handling (MHE) controls systems equipment to ensure operational performance. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. You will help train, and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and modify software programs for material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers, Allen Bradley Controllogix and Compactlogix PLC platform utilizing RSLogix 5000 software package. Including Industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, AS-I, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems.
• Act as first level escalation support for the control system technician teams. Appropriately escalate downtime situations to vendors or headquarters for support to restore equipment operation.
• Apply subject matter expertise in material handling and electronic control systems to maximize building utilization of systems
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with Controls Technicians and Mechanics to resolve equipment electrical problems that create performance deficiencies. Perform controls systems assessments to maintain and improve equipment reliability
• Partner with Facility Operations leadership, equipment vendors and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations. Acting as the technical consultant for capital projects inside the building
• Communicate technical issues and project timelines with building leadership, operations and the maintenance team.  Explain production impacts and work closely with operations and engineering to ensure a thorough understanding of impact to systems
• Develop training plans for Control Systems Technicians

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates degree with a focus in in Electronic Technology or equivalent experience 
• 5+ years of experience with Motor Controls (motor starts, variable frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components) 
• 5+ years of experience with programming HMI components
• 5+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
• 5+ year of experience with Robotics system components and controls
