Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance Section in instilling a ‘compliance aware” culture within the Company.
• Assist in ensuring Company’s compliance with laws, rules and regulations set by statutory and regulatory bodies.
• Support in monitoring the implementation of the Company’s compliance requirement (eg: BNM’s regulated products, FSA, AML/CFT, JSOX, etc).

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business Administration/Legal/Compliance or other related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Compliance Department/Audit.
• Experience in a compliance function is preferred, and preferably gained from the banking or financial credit services industry.

• Designs/implements/maintains a risk-based surveillance program and assessment plan associated with the quality assurance provisions of contracts.

This position is located in the Non-Destructive Inspection Laboratory of an Air National Guard Aircraft Maintenance Group, Maintenance Squadron, Fabrication Flight. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The primary purpose of this position is to inspect aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.

This position is located in an Air National Guard Aviation Wing, Maintenance Group. The purpose of this position is to supervise, establish and direct a planned, systematic approach of a quality assurance program designed to provide the maintenance managers confidence that aircraft, aircraft systems, products or supporting processes conform to technical, safety, work load and customer requirements. The position serves as the Supervisor of the Quality Assurance Division. In that capacity, the supervisor plans, implements, and executes a quality assurance program that includes independent surveillance and evaluations of all assigned aircraft, aircraft components, and maintenance personnel. Plans, directs, organizes, and exercises control over Quality Assurance Specialists (non-supervisory employees) assigned utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of aircraft to include electronic equipment and systems, manual and automatic flight controls, airframe, landing gear, pneudraulics, and jet engine propulsion, armament, munitions, and associated systems. Applies a comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, management techniques, peer mediation, root cause analysis, trending, and statistical methods. Base level of work supervised is at the GS-11 level..

In this Local Hire (Environmental Compliance Review Specialist) position, you will implement and review environmental policies.

Typical assignments include:

• Analyzing available Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA) data on declared counties, types of damage, intensity of damage, and affected EHP resources.
• Researching environmental considerations and best practices to answer specific questions, provide recommendations, or solve problems.
• Reviewing EHP projects in accordance with environmental laws, executive orders, regulations, agreements, policies, and procedures to mitigate potential/actual impacts and environmental mitigation measures.

• YOU WILL/MAY:
• Ensure that regulated establishments produce a safe product by executing appropriate inspection methods, determining non-compliance with regulatory requirements, documenting noncompliance and initiating enforcement actions, where warranted.
• Verify that meat and poultry slaughter and/or processing establishment's Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans meet regulatory requirements.
• Execute Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans effectively to prevent unsanitary conditions and adulteration of product.
• Review records, observe plant operations and conduct hands-on verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare detailed documentation (Non-Compliance Records) of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Determine when regulatory control action is necessary. You will assess whether the plant's corrective or preventative actions are acceptable and effective, if there are trends in noncompliance, or if an enforcement action is warranted.
• Conduct regulatory oversight activities inside plants in matters relating to other consumer protections (e.g., economic adulteration and misbranding).
• Have contact with plant managers, owners and others to explain legal and regulatory requirements, discuss operation of the plant's SSOP, HACCP plan and other food safety programs.

• Authorize entry of all meat or poultry products considered to comply with Federal regulations or refuse entry of any products which violate any of the requirements for admission into this country.
• Coordinate with other Federal agencies (e.g., the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on such matters as animal health restrictions and refused entry lots.

• Performs the full range of field duties including construction management, quality assurance, and safety monitoring functions for complex Military Construction projects.
• Incumbent participates in design review conferences and discusses construction aspects of the design and foreseeable problems.
• Advises the Resident Engineer on plans and specifications, and performs determinations on whether methods and materials employed meet requirements of specifications.
