Medacs Global Group is currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to work onsite in the Bradford offices.
This is a fast paced and rewarding role, where you finish the day feeling that you are making a real difference by providing exceptional service to clients and candidates with the healthcare sector.
Essential Experience:
- Experience in a recruitment/onboarding role
- Experience within a procedure driven role
- Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills
- Excellent IT skills with experience of using Excel
Here's some of the key responsibilities:
- Clear understanding of all client requirements, responsible for communicating this with relevant business areas
- Excellent understanding of compliance checks required per SLA and ensure company policies and procedures are always adhered to
- Coordinate and manage the pipeline of candidates through every stage of the compliance and onboarding process until cleared and ready to work.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure plans in place and deadlines are realistic and met.
- Regular travel to meet/onboard candidates as and when required.
- Document all communication on the relevant system.
- Ensure every candidate placed has been checked and is fully compliant prior to starting.
- Prioritise candidates as requested to meet the business needs.
- Resolve issues with candidates to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Escalate any candidate complaints, issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Pro-actively seek candidate feedback on service delivery to ensure every candidate has positive onboarding experience.
- Support any audits as required.
