JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
• Overall knowledge in QA and QC job function in production assembly line
• Able to communicate and write proficiently in Mandarin/ English & Bahasa is preferred
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the automotive industry is required for this position

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the company

2. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical

documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

3. Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of

documents.

4. Performs the Document Control function and Maintain proper organization and storage of

documents

5. Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the

appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable

Key Responsibilities

Compliance;

1. Lead for arrangements for meeting regulatory obligations in accordance with the conditions issued by the relevant regulatory (ISO, CQM, Issuers Audit, Others Scheme).
