Your primary focus is to support with the recruitment and daily operations of Freelance trainers used within the business.

Job Role:
Support the Freelance & Engagement manager with the completion of the recruitment process from pre-screen to on-boarding and vetting, and ensuring all information is recorded accurately

• Deliver excellent levels of customer service which results in positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with creating/writing job adverts and post on relevant/available media channels to increase/drive candidate attraction

About you:
Ideally has experience within a recruitment role, dealing with internal or external stakeholders by email, telephone and face to face
Communication and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders of all levels both internal and external
Ideally has a knowledge of the recruitment cycle from taking initial role brief, candidate attraction and screening to candidate management/placement
