About the Role

The post holder will provide professional and technical supervision to the GMP manufacturing units, working with other department in these units to ensure all activities comply with current clinical, GMP, GCP and Quality guidelines


The post holder will work within the Quality Assurance team, focusing (but not limited to) on elements of the QMS (including the documentation system), as well as Micro and QC support such as environmental monitoring, laboratory practices and testing, and releasing of products manufactured under the MS licence, whenever required.

The post holder will be given training to become competent and will undertake developmental activities to enable them to gain skills, knowledge, and experience in a wide variety of Quality, Aseptic and Clinical Pharmacy activities.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week and a call rota is in place.

Must be able to work on own initiative. No experience required as training will be given. Duties include; carrying out one-off and routine visits, investigating and identifying pests, choosing the most suitable way of controlling them and using traps, poison (including fumigation).
