What We’re Looking For:

A team player who will be responsible for supporting the execution and evaluation of Loews Hotels & Co digital advertising strategies across the brand and hotel portfolio. This includes supporting the management of all Digital and CRM tactics, coordinating assets and data analysis, and collaborating with teams across the organization and agency partners to enhance and support the online presence and performance for Loews Hotels & Co. What You’ll be Doing:

Your Experience Includes:

• Minimum 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably with a hospitality background

The employee will work closely with the members of a team focusing on regulatory compliance issues with respect to marketing and other investor/third party materials and communications, as well as working with others on Blackstone’s global Legal and Compliance (“L&C”) team.

The employee will be a member of the aforementioned team, which serves as the primary day-to-day counsel to the Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) and Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) teams across all business units within Blackstone with respect to distributing products and marketing materials (and other communications and documents) to investors. In this capacity, the employee will assist with legal and compliance matters that arise in connection with investor suitability, domestic and global marketing registration, marketing material compliance review (including analysis and resolution of regulatory questions and/or issues), and investor and third-party communications.  

You will also work closely with others on Blackstone’s global Legal and Compliance (L&C) team, including the Chief Compliance Officers of the business units and marketing review teams in the APAC and EMEA regions.

The employee will:

• Review marketing materials, due diligence responses, investor communications and other fundraising and reporting related materials across various investment strategies from a legal, regulatory and compliance perspective

• Review and advise on fund marketing and distribution related matters, helping to assess and manage regulatory and business risks.

Qualifications:

Position Summary

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate working on or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field (School work counts!)

• Experience with popular BI and analytics tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and SQL

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A strong desire to be hands-on and directly contribute to the technical build and development of BI solutions.

The Integrated Marketing team builds strategic and creative marketing programs leveraging the power of live music to achieve brands’ objectives. What You'll do

• Help refine our sales motion, evolve our account expansion process, and drive your team towards consistent performance results.

• Build and implement strategic account plans: Develop and complete territory and account-level strategies. Lead the team’s ongoing sales pipeline, activity, forecasts to settle sales progress, and areas for refinement/improvement.

• Lead: Coach, mentor, guide, and drive development through skill mentoring and data analysis.

• Quick feedback: Collect market/customer information and provide feedback to our product organization.

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS while leading teams of sales professionals through transformation sales motion.

• 5+ years in sales career with distinction and achievement.

• A proven record as a team leader selling a suite of products is a must-have along with a channel-assisted motion.

• Proven track record to consistently generate revenue, and exceed quota by managing processes for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business not limited to growing an existing install base, securing net-new logos.

• A passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.

• Showed ability to join and support AMs on calls while mentoring them on effective sales processes.

The Internal Communications Manager role will be a Hybrid opportunity to work remotely and in the New York Office. The right candidate will be located and easily able to travel to the New York Office on a short notice.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day:

Campaigns and consultancy

• Partner with key business areas to craft and deliver creative communications plans in support Amex GBT’s growth plan and strategic priorities. 
• Support operational and change initiatives, advising on appropriate communication and engagement techniques.
• Proactively identify communications opportunities and develop strategic plans to support business areas.
• Develop processes, content and channels to support leaders with communicating and engaging their teams.

Content and channels

• Short or long-form. Write with style for a wide variety of channels, senior leaders and topics.
• Nurture a conscientious and authentic voice for all internal content.
• Manage a mix of internal communications channels and media and produce compelling multi-media content, including videos, podcasts, infographics. Proactively identify new channels and opportunities.
• Serve as part of an intranet editorial team passionate about news content and opportunities for engagement.
• Chip in to overall internal editorial calendar and advise internal clients on channels, timing and content.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

An expert internal communications professional who takes their work seriously but not themselves. As part of the broader global communications and public affairs team, you’ll play a key role in crafting and telling the Amex GBT story to our colleagues.

Working within our small global internal comms team, you are happy to follow your instinct to advise and encourage the best team in travel. You bring your passion and creative flare to the usual portfolio of internal communications subject areas, and we’ll work with you to align responsibilities to your experience, skills and interests, pathing the way for you to excel.

WHAT WE WOULD IDEALLY LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

• Understanding of the role of communications in employee engagement and organizational change and has experience supporting transformation programs.
• Great storytelling skills – with an ability to write well, quickly and accurately. Your writing captures hearts and minds and translates sophisticated ideas into engaging content that resonates with colleagues.
• Solid understanding of AP style with tenacious editing skills.  
• Strong practical and technical knowledge of communication channels and content production including intranet, print, film, digital and social media. 
• Excellent influencing skills as a trusted communications partner. Has the creativity and experience to give credible advice and encourage confidence.
• Experience of supporting executives and is not afraid to tell truth to power – respectfully and effectively.
• Willingness to work as part of a tight, successful global team where time zones don’t matter but staying in touch does. Experience in working in hybrid or fully remote teams useful.
• Experience and understanding of the complexities with communicating to colleagues in a global, matrixed organization.
• A curiosity about problem-solving and improving processes. You are not afraid to challenge the norm or a few rules.  
• Great tech skills for a wide range of desktop apps, social media, content management systems and communication platforms.
• An obsession for metrics and understanding of linking communications plans to objectives.
• Superb attention to detail, producing work to the highest standards.
• Outstanding planning powers with a focus on delivering on commitments.
• Resilience and flexibility; you’re a self-starter who can handle an unclear brief.

Additional, Preferred Experience:

• Understanding of media relations, social media, public affairs and marketing.
• Experience of video production and graphic design processes. 

Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
