SALARY: $62,000 - $69,440 based on aligned years of experience up to 6 years. We also offer a relocation stipend for anyone joining us from 75 miles or more from Denver!

DSST Public Schools is looking for a Creative Content Manager to drive online marketing and communications efforts for the network, with a strong emphasis on building the capacity of our schools to effectively communicate and engage with their stakeholders. They will review digital opportunities, aid the marketing team and schools, oversee the annual social media marketing plan and schedule, create social media posts, and coordinate the update of digital assets for DSST Home Office and Schools. The Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and monitoring current social media trends and constantly looking for new opportunities in digital marketing that can help elevate DSST’s brand and drive more engagement with our communities. This unique opportunity will provide exposure to a diverse set of responsibilities and teams as part of a fast-moving organization focused on ending educational inequity in Denver and Aurora.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Create strong branded content on social media and our website using strong writing, design and management of systems.

• Serve as a key member of the DSST Marketing and Communications Team by working collaboratively to build efficient systems and take creative ideas from concept to final product.

• Assist in the creation and oversight of branded assets and communications.

• Contribute to a team approach by accomplishing other duties as assigned (may include development, education, training, etc.).

• Manage social media calendar as well as content and publish, monitor engagement, and report monthly digital platform performance

• Capture photo and video content at schools and events to create additional digital content and branding.

• Stay up-to-date on research, trends, and best practices related to the digital marketing, communications, and nonprofit landscape

• Produce original content including blog posts, photos and videos that tell the DSST story in a captivating and interesting way

Campaign Management

• Support in producing digital communications and marketing pieces, including, emails, website copy, and blogs for print and digital. 

• Support DSST’s digital marketing and communication in alignment with managing our marketing tools including social media, communication apps, ReachWell, and DSST’s website.

• Create promotional materials relating to school and campaign events.

• Lead content brainstorming, creation, and feedback gathering with the following Home Office teams: DEI, Advocacy, Family & Community Engagement, Alumni, and more

• Effectively manage multiple projects in an efficient and systematic way

School Collaboration

• Monitor DSST school communications to stay informed about school events and updates; report relevant information back to the broader team.

• Support DSST schools through a strong partnership with the Community Engagement and Recruitment Manager in storytelling through newsletter, social media, ReachWell, and other communications best practices and resources. 

• Assess and evaluate the efficacy of all DSST events and share findings so as to improve future event advertisement, media, and social media outreach.

• Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness and fidelity to deadlines.

• May be accountable for the work of others, and will thereby be responsible for ensuring their understanding, execution and managing their performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of digital or interactive marketing experience required

• Experience working in and/or providing marketing services to an organization. Record of working successfully across multiple functions

• Has an understanding of digital advertising and social media (direct, social, search, etc.) and media industry trends, developments, and technologies; then uses this knowledge to present business building strategies

• Strong communication and creative skills across multiple mediums, ranging from written words to video and user-interface design

• Strong working knowledge of and experience with various web/advertising/digital technologies, platforms and usability practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience

• Excellent computer/technical skills and familiarity with emerging digital mediums

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs, or willingness to learn

• Possesses a spirit of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and innovation

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing a set of value-based care contracts for quarterly financial forecasting and analysis (including attribution, total cost of care expense, non-ffs expense, benchmarking, and quality)

• Support new business underwriting and contract development as part of Evolent payer economics strategy.

• Manage IBNR recommendation process and seasonality analyses for applicable contracts.

• Lead quarterly compliance testing and accounting recommendations for dedicated VBC contracts.

Qualifications - Required and Preferred:

Verantwortung für dein Vertriebsteam in deinem Distrikt und euren gemeinsamen geschäftlichen Erfolg. Deiner ist einer von fünf Distrikten bei Philips Health Systems Germany und besteht aus Vertriebs- und Service.

Dein Job:

• Entwicklung von Strategien und taktischen Plänen für ein gesamtheitliches Lösungsportfolio für die Radiologie, Kardiologie und Akut Medizin in deinem Distrikt stets mit dem Kunden im Fokus

• Abstimmung mit einzelnen Geschäftsbereichen über Strategien und gemeinsame Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie regelmäßiger Austausch über den Markt und den Wettbewerb

• Führen und Entwicklung deines Teams von Key Account- und Account Managers

• Förderung und Management von Multimodality Deals sowie Steuerung der beteiligten Geschäftsbereiche in Richtung vollständige Lösungen einschließlich Support wertsteigender Dienstleistungen

• (Weiter-)Entwicklung von vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehungen durch konstruktive Kommunikation mit unseren Top Customers, Key Opinion Leadern, C-Level und Entscheidungsträgern des Gesundheitssystems im Distrikt

• Sicherstellung der „Sales Excellence“, Monitoring eurer KPIs (Umsatz, Order Intake, Kundenzufriedenheit,…) und Implementieren von Maßnahmen, die eurer Zielerreichung dienen

• Sicherstellung, Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Philips Geschäftsprozessen, Qualitätsstandards und Geschäftsgrundsätzen

• du Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizintechnik und/oder Healthcare IT und ein gutes Verständnis davon hast, wie moderne Digitalisierungslösungen und technologische Partnerschaften im Krankenhaussektor aussehen. Zudem kennst du Prozesse und Herausforderungen im Klinikbetrieb, Vergütungssysteme und das europäisches Vergaberecht.

• du dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsmanagement, Medizintechnik oder Medizin erfolgreich abgeschlossen hast.

Position Overview

Reporting to Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships within Product Design & Manufacturing Solutions division. You will help to grow and diversify Autodesk's Strategic Partnership Ecosystem in the design and manufacturing market. The Manager will nurture strategic accounts and build programs to grow a comprehensive partner ecosystem to support Autodesk's platform strategy. Working with the business strategy, product, sales, and marketing teams, you will help define, formulate, articulate, and accomplish strategy for scaling Autodesk's Design and MFG Partner ecosystem to increase product stickiness, improve partner/customer adoption, and enhance the brand presence of Fusion 360. This includes defining and deploying a programmatic infrastructure to manage the community of hundreds of partners while promoting agreement between strategy, product management, marketing, legal, and finance teams.

You will possess a passion for developing partner programs that are scalable and manageable by a small team. You can balance the development of strategy in parallel, deploying systems and for scale and efficiency. You will build a community of partners by fostering trust, reciprocity, collaboration, enablement, and engagement to meet Autodesk's business and growth goals. Working collaboratively, you will roll up the sleeves to lead teams and project manage activities that support the go-to-market strategy and overall objectives of the Design & Manufacturing group.

You will have the appropriate skills to work across a matrixed organization and can easily defend positions from a data perspective and mediate opposing views while working collaboratively with teams across Autodesk. You must be comfortable moving between big-picture and tactical discussions with the ability to inspire others.

Responsibilities

Partner Ecosystem Development

• Identify strategic partners to enhance Autodesk's market presence domestically and following company growth objectives

• Collaborate with business strategy, product, sales, and marketing teams to develop a business plan for high-touch partnerships, ensuring mutual success

• Collaborate with business strategy, product, and marketing teams to grow and diversify Autodesk's partner ecosystem program, supporting business objectives

• Form new partnerships and collaboration, and enablement with partners to increase Autodesk's marketing reach and customer adoption

• Work with marketing teams to identify partner marketing priorities and themes and develop initiatives to enhance Autodesk's marketing efforts through partnerships

• Develop a partner program for a range of partners (software through hardware), including partner commitments, benefits, and ongoing engagements

• Develop a scalable partner management infrastructure, including systems for partner relationship management, resources portal, and automation tools to standardize business processes globally for repeatability, consistency, and efficiency

• Work with the Marketing team to develop externally facing program websites and quarterly communications to promote engagement at scale and grow the ecosystem

Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with strategic partners, serving as the primary contact for partnership activities and coordinating cross-functional efforts

• Represent the voice of the partner and foster agreement and productive engagement between partner partners and appropriate Autodesk teams

• Serve as an important internal point of contact for partners and build strong internal partnerships with business strategy, product, marketing, sales, and channel teams

Performance Measurement

• Develop systems to capture operational metrics and synthesize data for internal and external reporting to support data-driven decision-making

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (prefer Industrial or Mechanical engineering); is a strong plus

• 5+ years' experience in the software technology industry developing scalable Software/hardware programs and managing partner/customer communities or ecosystems

• Experience with global operations and systems improvement, project management, partner contracts, and driving partner adoption. Marketing experience

The Ideal Candidate

• Passionate and experienced in product design and manufacturing technologies, including CAD, CAM, CNC, 3D printing, MES, Job Shop Ops, etc.

• PowerPoint Presentation expert – able to create compelling PowerPoint presentations that resonate with audiences, using clear language and visual aids

• Experienced using project management and analytics tools such as Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Salesforce, Air table, and other BI tools to use data for driving improvements

• Strong business fundamentals and a background in solving complex problems through collaboration, with a high degree of openness, and integrity

• An eye for identifying short-term and long-term partner co-marketing opportunities that promote mutually beneficial goals to ensure partner reciprocity

• Experienced diplomat with proven conflict-resolution skills, confidence and experience managing multiple partners and teams

• Expertise in strategic direction formulation, skillful negotiation, strategy implementation, and enabling decision-making at all levels

• Experience working with several complex partners, managing multiple engagement activities, and holding stakeholders accountable for delivering our goals

• Travel 50%

• This is a 100% remote role
