Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a project(s) and the management of the project staff inclusive of onsite Team Members when applicable.  A Project Supervisor is an extension of a client’s business office staff. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and meeting or exceeding the Operational goals of our clients and Company. This may include overlapping related business activities with pre-admissions, pre-registration, admission, registration, billing, and collection. The Project Supervisor will and may work closely with Managing Consultants, Operations Managers to apply new and emerging approaches to our clients’ business processes. This position will follow and ensure that client policies and procedures are followed and will also perform any and all job-related duties as assigned.

• Assist all staff members with their questions in the absence of their Project Supervisor.

• Meet or exceed revenue goal for project.

• Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure the on-going understanding of client and company expectations.

• Monitor and ensure Team Members meet or exceed established productivity goals.

• Complete, reviews and approves monthly client invoices for accuracy.

• Identify and communicate trends and issues to Operations Manager & Client.

• Works with management in developing policies.

Client Responsibility

• Verify accuracy of all correspondence prior to sending to the client.

• Provide scheduled and requested reports.

• Ensure aging of accounts falls within client and company guidelines.

• Ensure compliance of all client policies and procedures by staff.

• Research and respond to all client and patient inquiries received by telephone and mail.

• Update patient demographic information and initiate account adjustments.

• Try to resolve account balances to zero prior to accounts being forwarded to an outside    agency for collections.

• Ensure daily files are being received and posted.

• Ensure completion of client reconciliations to ensure account balance accuracy.

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or mentor experience with a healthcare provider or an outsourcing company.

• 5 years relevant experience

• PC skills in a Windows environment are required.

Description

As an Equity Research Associate, the successful candidate will work closely with an analyst in support of providing insights and research on numerous companies primarily precious metals. The work environment involves collaboration, co-ordination and a shared knowledge base with the analyst and rest of the team. The associate role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative/versatile team player. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Daily writing of research reports and comments
• Analysis of financial statements and press releases
• Examination of industry databases and publications
• Completion of extraordinary information and data requests
• Creation and maintenance of detailed financial models

Experience/Skills

A combination of exceptional writing skills, technical knowledge and skills in finance or accounting demonstrated through relevant work and educational experience is required. Prior industry experience in the mining industry is not required but could be a benefit. Candidates must have a clear and proven track record of achievement throughout their education and career. Other necessary attributes include:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. In your role as Head of Supply Chain Excellence (m/f/d) your main focus will be driving and sustaining end to end Supply Chain improvement in process and technology to enhance asset utilization, cost optimization and service level; leading the effort to develop and implement global strategic initiatives across Fresenius Medical Care with targeted scope and defined outcome; and developing SC Excellence team to drive culture and mindset change throughout the supply chain organization.

Your Assignments

• Improve existing processes based on best in practice standards and ensure structured training and roll-out to realize efficiency gains across the whole Value Chain
• Identify improvement opportunities across end-to-end supply chain functions globally based on in-depth knowledge of current processes obtained through continuous learning and structured analytical approach
• Evaluate, propose, and implement fit-for-purpose Supply Chain system/technology to advance process automation where possible with support from subject matter experts
• Strengthen cross-function collaboration to drive implementation of improvement initiatives globally through defined work packages with aligned milestones and timelines.  Establish effective reporting and performance measurement of installed initiatives and strive for continuous improvement
• Ensure governance structure for integrated processes and (master) data management

Your Profile

• Successfully completed master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or business administration
• APICS certification preferred, e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Extensive work experience in Supply Chain Excellence/Transformation, or similar functions within Finance, Manufacturing in a complex global manufacturing organization, including minimum two years of people management
• Demonstrated experiences in applying process improvement methodology (lean or similar) and analytics to drive change management/organizational development, program development and project management
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning models in a multi-national company is a plus
• Consulting background in supply chain management with proven track record on successful implementation of improvement/transformation is a plus
• Well organized and systematic in work processes, possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and has ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities while managing deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to understand and breakdown complex and complicated situations and problems
• An adaptive leader to effectively manage team with diverse academic, cultural and professional background
• Fluent in English and German, both in written and spoken

In your role as Senior Project Manager Supply Chain Management (m/f/d) you will be responsible for providing comprehensive planning, execution, and overall leadership of multiple medium to large-scale initiatives designed to drive and sustain end to end Supply Chain process improvement.

Your Assignments

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentation to various audience, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders
• Manage complex projects that span multiple lines of business mainly in the area of process improvement, e.g. demand and supply planning, distribution and transportation, quality release etc
• Set and continuously manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables across various team/business units and stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert in Project Management, Process Improvement and Strategy Planning
• Guide and collaborate with Supply Chain Excellence team to drive process improvement installing best practices, templates, policies, and tools etc
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
• Mentor other staff as applicable

Your Profile

• Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in field of supply chain management (SCM), engineering, economics or equivalent
• Experiences and / or in-depth knowledge of SCM is a must
• APICS certification / experience in Inventory Management is a strong plus
• Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
• More than 5 years extensive project management experience in a similar role, within a cross-functional matrix environment in a global organization
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects within defined timeline and budget
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
• Willingness to work in an evolving environment and collaborate across multiple business areas to achieve common business objectives
• Technologically savvy with new tools / features within SCM landscape
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Fluent in English both in written and spoken, German language is a plus

In Ihrer Rolle als Wartungstechniker (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die technische Betreuung aktiver Medizinprodukte in Deutschland. Zudem die Durchführung von planbaren Servicetätigkeiten wozu die Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, sicherheits- und messtechnische Kontrolle, Modifikation, Desinfektion und Instandsetzung an medizintechnischen Geräten gehört. Ihr Einsatzgebiet ist überwiegend in den Bundesländern Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen und Niedersachsen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Installation von Dialysegeräten und weiterer technischer Ausstattung in die beim Betreiber vorhandene Infrastruktur
• Störungsannahme, Fehleranalyse und -diagnose, remote und vor Ort unter Verwendung spezifischer Servicesoftware, Servicetools sowie Prüf- und Messmittel
• Durchführung von Wartungen, sicherheits- und messtechnischen Kontrollen, Inspektionen und Funktionsprüfungen an Medizinprodukten beim Betreiber gemäß vorliegenden Arbeitsanweisungen

Ihre Aufgabe:

• Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Prüfroutinen zur Risikominimierung in der Abrechnung von Leistungen
• Inhaltliche Prüfung der Zulassungsbescheide der MVZs, Entwicklung von Handlungsstrategien in Abstimmung mit dem regionalen Management sowie Kommunikation mit den Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen und den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort
• Prüfung der Honorarbescheide und der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen, Erstellung von Widersprüchen sowie Erarbeitung von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Weiterentwicklung von abrechnungsrelevanten Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung der Steuerung des operativen Geschäfts
• Fachliche Beratung des Managements und der MVZ-Leitungen zu abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie zu genehmigungspflichtigen Sachverhalten bspw. im Rahmen der ärztlichen Zulassung
• Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Standardvorgaben im Rahmen von Financial Compliance (iPace-Kontrollen)
• Mitwirkung bei Szenario- und Turnaround-Rechnungen zur optimalen strategischen Ausrichtung der MVZs
• Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Beantragung und Abwicklung von Genehmigungen der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen respektive der Zulassungsausschüsse der KVen

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitswesen bzw. vergleichbare Weiterbildung wie Fachwirt im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen (IHK)
• Berufserfahrung in einer Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung im Bereich der Beratung, vorzugsweise mit Abrechnungserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse über gesetzliche Grundlagen wie SGB V, BMV-Ä, Qualitätssicherungsrichtlinien im Gesundheitswesen
• Abrechnungskenntnisse EBM und GOÄ und BG-Abrechnung
