We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Operations Leader with a deep understanding and knowledge about international trade compliance. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in trade operations.  The successful candidate needs to be proficient in building teams, managing operations, and maintaining service level agreements with internal stakeholders. They will be adept at navigating complex trade environments and providing effective and compliant solutions. The incumbent will also have a keen interest in introducing automation in trade operations.

The role requires staying up to date on new legislation, close liaison with the program management office and IT to assess the impact of new regulations on trade operations, proactively participate in designing the system controls and be part of writing up the business requirements.  Drive change management and continual improvement initiative within the organization and at the same time have a high degree of attention to detail and a proficient understanding of the broader implications of local and global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish weekly and quarterly operational demand and trade orders to develop the Master Production Schedule for Contract Manufacturers.
• Weekly and quarterly MPS for capacity planning including tooling requirements, HDD requirement and freight planning.
• WO create and manage for system transaction to complete WO and generate DN for shipment.
• Plan weekly/quarterly freight mode optimization i.e. use of truck and ocean freight.
• Weekly HDD allocation plan between Contract Management sites to support the MPS.
• To make sure HDD supply ontime and manage to complete transaction on system.
• Review CM commitment versus demand for gating materials, Capacity and other issue with escalation report.

The Strategic Sourcing Manager, Professional Services & Contingent Workforce is responsible for developing the sourcing strategies for the professional services category. The person in this position would be recognized as a sourcing expert for global professional services category including contingent workforce, would liaison with legal, act as Procurement ambassador to the business and integrate into the business to ensure a complete alignment and deep understanding of the business goals and partner in developing sourcing strategies. The goal is to be value-added sourcing partners to the business. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to optimize the acquisition, deployment, and management of temporary, contract, and freelance personnel across various departments and functions.  The position involves developing negotiation strategies, advising requestors on contract terms and conditions, monitoring cost and scope of assigned contracts to assure compliance, best value and validate/improve pricing.

As a Program Manager - Supply Chain Risk in the Procurement Digital Transformation and Operations organization’s Third Party Risk Management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects aimed at ensuring effective governance and oversight of our supply chain risk resiliency program.  This includes developing and implementing strategies, procedures, and policies to ensure business continuity through proactively identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain.
