• Ensure smooth coordination with relevant parties (Forwarders, Customs, Vendor, Warehouse etc)
• Assist in concourse coordination with ops team and warehouse
• To perform any other duties as assigned by Management
• Participate in department’s continuous improvement program

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

• Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline
• Minimum one year of relevant working experience in supply chain roles. Those with retail related experience will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Analytical, take initiatives and ownership, process oriented,
• Self-driven, organized and able to work long hours when required
• Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good with systems and proficient in MS Office
• Good analytical skills and enjoy data mining/ report analysis
• Strong in demand planning and inventory analysis
• Strong in coordination and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and process driven
• Digitally Inclined
