• You will award and administer the highest dollar value, most complex and most critical contracts in the department.
• You will provide guidance and leadership to the other members of the acquisition team and you will be responsible for eliminating obstacles preventing contract award and successful performance.
• You will serve as the contractual authority on the acceptability and applicability of contractual matters related to NAVSUP WSS Maritime and/or Aviation procurements.
• You will develop contracting techniques and procurement strategies that can be applied to resolve future procurement/support issues.
• You will prepare and issue the solicitation and analyze contractor proposals, comparing them against previous history, actual expenditures, established rates, or via other acceptable cost/price analysis methods.

Starting at $105,427 Per Year (GS 13)

• You will provide leadership, advice, guidance and assistance on contracting services related to acquisition strategies/methods, analyzing proposals, negotiating contract awards and performing post award administration functions.
• You will interpret and review contracting laws, regulations, principles, procedures, and provisions to perform contract administration and determine various types of contracts, methods and selection factors to meet complex procurement requirements.
• You will manage and execute all contracting actions within the Division.
• You will perform acquisition planning, analysis and negotiation strategies for procurements.
• You will direct procurement activities of the division while continuously reviewing, analyzing and facilitating the completion of contractual documents.
• You will plan work to be accomplished by employees, setting priorities and schedules for completion of work.

Starting at $105,427 Per Year (GS 13)

• Operates light duty motor vehicles such as pickup trucks, panel trucks, vans, and sedans, and machinery such as lawn mowers, brush chippers, and snow blowers.
• Operates power tools such as chain saws, pole saws, circular saws, drills, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and jack hammers.
• Perform operator-level checks and maintenance (fluids, tire pressure, blade sharpening) on vehicles, equipment, and power and hand tools.
• Lifts and moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds and carries objects weighing between 80 and 100 pounds.
• Performs janitorial tasks that include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and applying disinfectant chemicals.

Salary Range: A selectee receiving a first appointment to the Federal Government (Civil Service) is entitled only to the lowest step of the grade for which selected. The display of a salary range on this vacancy shall not be construed as granting an entitlement to a higher rate of pay.



TERM POSITION: This is a term position (more than 1 year) with an initial appointment expecting to last at least 13 months but may be extended up to a total of four years, or more based on any changes to regulations governing the number of years term appointments may last, without further competition. Term positions do not convey permanent status in the Federal service.

The National Park Service retains the right to extend the duration of this appointment after selection and/or appointment, based on changes to the regulation governing the number of years term appointments may last. The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to serve as chief of the combined Quality Assurance inspection shop. The AFRC associate Maintenance Group is fully integrated.

Oak Lodge supports up to 12 adults of a working age on their recovery journey to independence. You will work within a Multi-Disciplinary Team and although you will be autonomous as an OT, you will be part of a team of six OT’s and will receive peer support both face to face and virtually and have Clinical supervision monthly.

To provide, an effective Occupational Therapy (OT) service to a defined caseload consisting of adults with mental health problems.

To actively develop clinical skills in occupational therapy assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation.

To provide specialist advice and support to other departments, professionals, and families / carers.

To contribute to the evaluation and continued development of the Occupational Therapy Service to ensure we deliver a contemporary model to achieve quality outcomes for our patients
