• Soliciting assistance from or responding to inquiries from outside regulatory agencies such as Food and Drug Administration, Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation, Joint Commission, Association of Perioperative Registered Nurse, International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management, Center for Disease Control, Association for Professional Infection Control and Epidemiology, International Standard Operations, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
• Participating in continuing education programs and courses.
• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of pertinent state and Federal regulations, particularly OSHA regulations.
• Responsibility for planning and carrying out the work, resolving most of the conflicts that arise, integrating and coordinating the work of other SPS employees as necessary and interpreting policy in terms of established objectives.

What our Automotive Service Advisors do:

• Greet customers, answer telephone calls and schedule appointments in a prompt and courteous manner. 

• Review repairs and services with customers to ensure a complete understanding of the services performed.  Contact customer any time there is a deviation from the original estimate of cost or time when the vehicle will be ready for pickup.  Note the name and time of approval for all repair/service orders and any additional costs.

• Oversees technicians performing all tasks associated with medication warehouse distribution including but not limited to medication ordering, receiving, scanning, medication repackaging, distribution, order fulfillment, packing, auditing, and shipping medications to BH facility affiliates under pharmacist supervision.
•  Assists in the maintenance of pharmacy automation systems.
•  Performs nonsterile compounding per current USP<795> guidelines and as permitted by state law and under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
• Maintains compliance with cold chain and room temperature prescription packaging requirements based on seasonal pack-out changes.
• Oversee various activities of pharmacy technicians.
• Monitors and ensures all tasks associated with medication distribution are compliant.
• Works in conjunction with direct manager to determine scheduling needs for technicians for the department.
• Leads hiring for prospective registered or certified pharmacy technicians.
• Conducts and delivers employee development discussions for direct reports.
• Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to coordinate services and resolve any identified issues.
• Takes a leadership role with inventory management processes including order review, performing compliant receiving, inventory returns, restocking pharmacy automation, and physical inventory preparation.
• Maintains proficiency with pharmacy dispensing technology.
• Maintains proficiency with 340B program requirements related to maintaining compliant physical and virtual inventory.
• Reviews inventory reports and partners with manager to adjust operational and ordering processes as needed.
• Leads pharmacy technician onboarding activities, training program development and completes competency assessments.
• Assists in creating pharmacy technician education materials in collaboration with the education team.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years community or hospital pharmacy leadership technician experience preferred.
• Five years community or hospital pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Registration with Kentucky Board of Pharmacy upon hire.
• Nationally Certified as a pharmacy technician.
• Must obtain 340B University or Apexus certification within 6 months.

⦁    Provides counsel to employees and managers regarding questions or concerns related to compensation, employee relations, performance management, coaching, etc.
⦁    Provide guidance to managers and employees on the performance management process including coordinating performance/development plans. 
⦁    Partners with the HR Director to support workforce and succession planning, organizational design and talent development.
⦁    Engages regularly with teams to create a positive and productive employee relations environment. Handles sensitive employee relations issues to ensure proper process and follow-up actions are completed.
⦁    Supports organization and culture change initiatives to build operational agility, diversity management and leadership capability, acting as a change agent.
⦁    Actively supports the B-F diversity and inclusion strategy and leads by example to create an environment of inclusive leadership.

What You Bring to the Table
⦁    5+ years experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or similar position,  with demonstrated experience aligning HR initiatives to business needs 
⦁    Advanced computer skills with current, or ability to quickly build, proficiency of Google G Suite [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and other software, as needed.
⦁    Excellent collaboration, communication, coaching and influencing skills
⦁    Ability to build strong relationships throughout all levels and across cultures
⦁    Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
⦁    Demonstrated champion of diversity and inclusion
⦁    Ability to develop problem-solving solutions based on evaluation of needs and clear deliverables
