Job Description:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at one of our on-site support services centers or client sites. Will also responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site, including recruiting, training, and development of their professional skills.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions.

Essential Job Responsibilities

General:

• Monitor and listen to clients to understand inquiries and requests in order to provide accurate information about the facilities and services with prompt assistance

• Perform basic mathematical calculations using a calculator/computer to accurately figure production time and labor time associated with any copy, print, scan or production requests

• Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, documenting, organizing and mailing out client packages (i.e. parcel deliveries, messenger services, etc.)

• Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, overtime, logs and entries throughout his/her shift

Job Description:

Provide receptionist services for clients at their site.  

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office

• Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person

• Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable

• Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner

• Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area

• Order and stock supplies as needed

• Perform other administrative duties as requested

• Provide exceptional experience end-to-end to both guests and colleagues
• Coordinate visitor check-in and scheduling of conference rooms for both external and internal meetings via-internal Condeco system
• Work with the office service team to maintain front of house conference rooms, ensuring they are tidy and clean for upcoming meetings
• Manage advanced vendor on boarding processes including obtaining COI from appropriate external parties, requesting from various internal departments, and relaying them to OMP team while completing detailed CAF
• Provide daily pantry and office services including coffee service, snack and supply inventory, and printer check and paper refill
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving
• Manage seating assignments and floor plan updates

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a Receptionist

• Previous experience in a client service field preferred

• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

• Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

The Compensation range for this role is 19.26 to 28.89 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at one of our on-site support services centers or client sites. Will also responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site, including recruiting, training, and development of their professional skills.

• Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various support software including Microsoft Office applications, PDF editing tools, and transcription software
• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, charts
• Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects
• Efficient handling of time sensitive and confidential materials
• Perform document diagnostic activities related to troubleshooting documents inconsistencies
• Create and/or revise work product using direct keyboard entry, scanner or electronic conversion methods of input; transcribes audio and digital dictation including deposition transcripts as required
• Spell check, proofread and/or cross-check documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialized applications and upgrades in order to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity with the Document Services applications

Document Services Supervisor will perform oversight responsibilities for Epiq personnel including overseeing the Document Processing activities, workflow, and ensuring shift coverage. The position will provide expert knowledge, technical support, and training, when necessary, to all direct reports and specialists. • Coordinate coverage in the event of unplanned absences, scheduled time off, and overtime and escalate to the manager as needed, including notifying them of any operations related issues
• Review customer-satisfaction survey results and reworks; provide timely feedback and monitor issues through to remediation; ensure team completes requisite trainings
• Assist the manager in reviewing assigned jobs, researching job tickets, resolving grievances and issues raised by lawyers, paralegals, and other job requestors
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and a high level of technical proficiency with the automation, specialized applications, and upgrades troubleshoot document and/or technical inquiries
