KBR is seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in project coordination, and audio-visual technologies, with a concentration on Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Responsibilities:
- As the Audio Visual Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring seamless installations, and maintaining effective communication between teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and upholding high-quality standards.
- Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies and services and controls timely delivery to job site
- Maintains construction schedule and coordinates task scheduling with other trades
- Maintains all records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records and supervises the preparation and processing of reports for internal and external use
- Develop and implements action plans to resolve issues
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Logitech, or Lenovo (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination and audio-visual systems integration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and escalate matters quickly and efficiently
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Adaptability to new technologies and industry trends.
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
