As an Operational Requirements Analyst, you’ll bring your analytical, tactical, and technical expertise to work on projects in support of Navy and Department of Defense clients. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and generate operationally focused strategies and content. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and you will assist a cross-functional team to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, intelligence, and the emerging threat landscape in conjunction with Navy.

You Have:
Nice If You Have:
Experience with directed energy
Experience as a Surface Warfare Officer
Experience as a Tactical Action Officer
Experience as an Integrated Air and Missile Defense Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI)
Experience with the Aegis Combat System or Ship Self Defense System (SSDS)
Experience with transitioning capabilities into operational environments
Ability to facilitate and interact in a cross-functional team environment, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and contingencies
Ability to think critically and provide logical and feasible recommendations in line with organizational priorities
Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely through multiple mediums, including presentations and reports using Microsoft Office software

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
