1. Acts as a legal adviser and attorney for the state/territory National Guard, responsible for the formulation of state/territory legal policy and its execution legal representation; legal initiatives; interpretation and litigation of U.S. and state/territory(s) constitutional, civil, criminal, labor law; international law and treaty agreements; and a full spectrum of expert legal advice. Acts as a legal adviser and attorney for the state/territory National Guard, responsible for assisting in the formulation of state/territory legal policy pertaining to prevention of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and domestic abuse, while serving as the special legal advisor to the Adjutant General, the Office of Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA), Commands SHARP and SEEM programs. 2. Responsible to advise on the legal, factual, and other impacting aspects of drafting, interpretation and application of legislation, regulation, tasking orders, decision, opinions or other guiding, or lack thereof, instruments associated with emerging or highly conflicted, sensitive and emotionally charged issues relating to sexual crimes, harassment, domestic violence/abuse, and to the prevention and response of sexual crimes, harassment, and domestic violence/abuse. Serves as legal counsel to Adjutant General and Commanders on legislation, regulation, or guidance as to creating protective environments and promoting healthy social norms specific to military communities, which can include advising on any collaborations with local, state, and federal partners such as county health departments, State health departments, schools, the CDC, Department of Education, other government agencies, academia, and/or other industry that can ensure that the military can evaluate and assess the impact of their community-level prevention strategies both in the short and long-term.

3. Serves as the state/territory National Guard litigation point of contact. Represents the state/territory National Guard in all legal matters in state/territory of original or appellate jurisdictions, to include matters pertaining to sexual crimes, sexual harassment, and domestic violence/abuse. Acts as agency counsel for the state/territory National Guard with the National Guard Bureau Office of Litigation and Employment Law Division, Department of Army and Department of Air Force Litigation Divisions, and the Department of Justice, for Federal courts of original or appellate jurisdictions.

4. Serves as an attorney/adviser providing acquisition and fiscal legal advice to the state/territory's assigned United States Property & Fiscal Officer, particularly in the area of emerging requirements in victim support and legal resourcing (the Chief of the National Guard Bureau's agent in the state/territory) and active-duty military advisers. Advises Army National Guard (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) contracting officers, reviews contracts, procurement actions and real property matters involving Federal and state/territory funds (some involving substantial amounts of money) for legal sufficiency, appropriate titling and claim initiation or resolution actions.

5. Acts as the Adjutant General's representative in third-party proceedings under Federal labor-management and equal employment opportunity statutes and regulatory provisions. Represents the state/territory National Guard as a trial attorney on all sexual assault, sexual harassment and domestic violence cases, administrative judges and arbitrators from various appellate bodies including, but limited to, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, the NG Office of Complex Investigations, the Federal Services Impasses Panel and Federal and State Courts. Possesses a thorough understanding of controlling labor laws, regulations, labor arbitration, collective bargaining agreements and pertinent labor relations practices.

As an AIRCRAFT MECHANIC, WG-8852-10, you will perform the following duties:

1. Performs inspections, functional checks, and preventive maintenance on aircraft to include periodic, phase, hourly, preflight, postflight, calendar, thru-flight, and special inspections such as fuel contamination, emergency equipment, and oil sampling. Inspects and performs functional checks such as landing gear retraction and operation checks on hydraulic, electrical, pressurization, lubrication, de-icing, vacuum, induction, and exhaust systems. Installs equipment such as external tanks, tow reels, hoists, and pylons.

2. Troubleshoots and performs unscheduled maintenance on assigned and transient aircraft, utilizing various gauges, meters, measuring devices and other related test equipment. As a TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-2130-9, you will perform the following duties:

1. Serves as the technical transportation advisor to all statewide operating officials on all matters dealing with commercial movement of personnel and equipment. Analyzes and advises on transportation considerations relative to the domestic and international movement of equipment, supplies, and personnel via all commercial transportation modes. As a INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), GS-0132-11, you will organize and produce intelligence augmentation products for and in concert with the Gaining Command's Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) and to train assigned military Intelligence Squadron members in the duties and functions associated with the intelligence organization in the Gaining Command AOC.

As a IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC), GS-2210-12, you will perform the following duties:

1. Manages and directs personnel in support of Offensive Cyberspace Operations and Defensive Cyberspace Operations. As a ORDNANCE EQUIPMENT MECHANIC, WG-6641-10, you will perform the following duties:

1. The Materiel Section is comprised of Operations, Inspections, and Stockpile Management Elements. Manages allocations, stock levels, inventories, requisitions, and disposition of munitions. Manage excess serviceable/unserviceable munitions program. Coordinate scheduling of complete, custody, special munitions inventories and compiles inventory adjustment packages as required. Establish and maintain an effective munitions inspection program for all munitions assets to include receipt, inspection, stockpile surveillance and preservation, marking and packaging, and shipping requirements. 2. Production Section is comprised of Conventional Maintenance, Line-Delivery, Munitions Materiel Handling Equipment and may involve Missile Maintenance. May perform the following depending on assignment to MAF, CAF, Intel, or RPA units without Aircraft: Assembles/Disassembles, adjusts configuration, performs maintenance/tests & repairs, handles and transports ammunition, decoys, countermeasures to include LUU series flares and dispensers, rocket, unguided and guided weapons and countermeasures, demolition material, and other types of conventional ordnance such as40MM, Cluster Bomb Units (CBU), Guided Bomb Units (GBU), general purpose bombs, aircraft canon ammunition, missile systems, for loading on aircraft based on Unit Committed Munitions List(UCML) and Wings training requirements. Independently troubleshoots electrical/mechanical faults of integrated systems by thoroughly analyzing operating trends. Perform Pre/Post Flight inspection and flight line return inspections. Assigns Weapon Stock Number (WSN) and records builds and teardowns of complete rounds in the accountable property system of record (APSR). Applies determined criteria utilizing fusing and arming systems; technical drawings; precision measuring tools and equipment; wiring diagrams; rigid specifications and close tolerances to examine ordnance systems using a variety of standard precision instruments, gauges and methods. Performs maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, and high pressure air tanks subsystems and assemblies. Configures Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE) for mission support. Delivers in a safe configuration, MMHE/munitions between assembly/staging areas and aircraft parking ramps. Validates expenditure and movement documentation for munitions reconciliation and expenditure reporting. Performs and certifies, armament and support equipment serviceability inspections. Maintains and repairs MMHE for all work orders assigned to maintenance actions. Performs inspections on armament, support, and associated test equipment using a wide variety of processes and techniques. Troubleshoots electrical systems on support equipment for fault isolation IAW electrical wiring schematics, repairs/replaces as required. Repairs/rebuilds hydraulic braking systems and surge brake components on MMHE to include fabrication/bending/routing of brake lines. Prepares, maintains, and updates historical serviceability and maintenance records. Establishes and maintains bench stock and operational stock program. Interprets pilot deficiency reports for missile systems to independently establish repair procedures. Repairs, maintains, and tests functionality and interconnections of electromechanical servo systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electric motor systems in missile and decoy platforms. Documents PGM serviceability in enterprise wide database Tactical Munitions Reporting System (TMRS) for equipment specialist review and trend data analysis. Coordinates with Air Logistics Complex (ALC)Special Program Offices (SPO) with Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) reporting, software/mapping updates and deficiency reporting.

As a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK), GS-2210-12, you will perform the following duties:

Monitors current information on system and equipment status, repair actions, modifications, and related matters. Analyzes the flights maintenance capabilities, evaluates maintenance effectiveness, and reports the flight's mission capability. Initiates action to maintain a maximum degree of efficiency and reliability. Develops new procedures to solve unprecedented technical problems.

-- Ensures the proper use, management, and training of all personnel, consisting of multiple technical disciplines within the flight. The Network Systems flight has 5 subordinate positions. Each branch requires specific technical knowledge and skills in addition to technical knowledge and skills that are common between branches. All subordinate positions are at the GS-11 grade level. Ensures that efficient position management is practiced and that position descriptions of subordinates are accurate. Realigns duties within the flight to ensure efficient use of assigned manpower to accomplish unit's mission.

-- Interviews and recommends selection of new employees. Provides training and orientation. Ensures new employees are briefed in their duties and responsibilities. Establishes work performance standards and discusses and assigns annual performance evaluations. Initiates disciplinary actions, promotion actions and step increases. Recommends awards and approves leave. Manages overall personnel program within the section.

-- Provides technical assistance to organizations/units in establishing digital communications requirements. Provides technical input in the form of complete annexes to base, mobility and wartime tasking plans. Input covers the broad range of digital communications support necessary for mission accomplishment, i.e., voice, data, Radio Frequency (RF) and special communications requirements.

As a SUPV IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN), GS-2210-13, you will perform the following duties:

1. Manages, plans, organizes, controls, and directs the communications activities for the Wing and Base to ensure mission accomplishment and optimum use of resources. Sets policy, directs and monitors support and related programs including planning and programming, funds distribution and management, economic analysis assistance, budget administration, material management, and related activities. Establishes, advises, and consults on production and quality requirements, mission objectives, equipment requirements and other logistics needs, to ensure requirements satisfy the respective mission sets and obligations. Plans and institutes communications fiscal policies to implement federal law, higher level directives, and to provide optimum support to subordinate organizations.

2. Coordinates communications activities and projects with other concerned agencies and organizations. Determines goals and objectives for the organization. Exercises supervisory responsibility and authority including granting leave, appraising performance, establishing performance standards, recommending promotions, and initiating disciplinary actions as needed. Gives advice, counsel, and instructions to supervisors and subordinate incumbents on both general policy and administrative matters. Provides guidance and direction to unit members through a variety of methods in support of several functions, to include maintenance, logistics plans, supply, multimedia, quality control, production control, ground radio, telecommunications, software applications, technical services, networks, computer programs, and computer systems operations.

3. Coordinates with support organizations to assure an integrated approach to solution of problems. Assesses the impact of changes in the local area network and coordinates with operations to ensure these changes do not exceed maintenance or unit capabilities. Ensures unit Quality Assurance and Standardization and Evaluation programs are effectively managed. Develops new procedures to solve unprecedented technical problems.

4. Ensures formulation of comprehensive training plans for each function and specialty within the C4 and logistics activity. Develops CONUS and overseas deployment plans to meet unit's mission goals, inspection schedules, and deployment requirements. Identifies the need for facility and equipment modernization, improvements and replacements. Coordinates planning activities and resources with other units and higher headquarters. Manages the development of unit training goals and long range training plans. Assures that training sustains work force qualifications and capabilities. Oversees the unit mobility program. Provides guidance to the Communications Plans and Resources function regarding oversight of the unit's agreements program. Maintains a high level of operational readiness of personnel and equipment assigned to the Communications unit for both wartime and peacetime missions. Ensures drill status guardsmen (DSG), AGRs, and civilians are properly trained and able to perform the communications activities.

As an IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC), GS-2210-12, you will perform the following duties:

1. Serves as a technical expert and focal point for Information Technology (IT) security and information assurance policies, planning, programs, initiatives, certification and accreditation. Provides advice and assistance regarding security aspects of processing, storage, retrieval, transmission, and access of classified and unclassified information. Administers and monitors installation compliance with all applicable DoD, USAF, National Guard Bureau (NGB) and Air National Guard (ANG) Information Assurance regulations and policies. Administers and maintains the organization certification & accreditation process for assigned SCIF(s) using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), and coordinates, compiles and maintains all certification & accreditation.

2. Evaluates and assesses vulnerabilities of classified network and application server hardware, operating system software, and peripheral network equipment such as routers, bridges, switches, attached cabling system, network interface cards, modems, multiplexers, and concentrators. Updates hardware and software architecture databases to reflect installations, turn-ins, and changes in reportable software.

3. Reviews national, DOD and other policies, program proposals, operational and strategic plans, and identifies issues requiring tier two actions or inputs. Based on these reviews, provides technical recommendations for changes to the security posture to the Wing Information System Security Manager (ISSM). Prepares and presents applicable briefings and reports to high-level managers. Advises the Wing ISSM and Group/Squadron Commander on the impact of tier two level Information Assurance (IA) and Computer Network Defense (CND) policy on squadron group/squadron activities. Implements audit measures to ensure activity compliance with regulatory requirements. Participates in inspections and surveys of computer system. Incumbent makes recommendations to the Wing ISSM on the approval of various computer operations based on security guidelines.

4. Analyzes equipment and software reliability and suitability for vulnerability assessment utilization. Conducts analyses of classified network usage, hardware and software capabilities, ineffective practices or procedures, equipment shortcomings, and other relevant factors. Recommends methods and procedures and coordinates corrective action to optimize utilization of present equipment.

5. Determines, develops, and ensures cooperation and coordination with related IA/CND program efforts. Incumbent must analyze the vulnerabilities and weaknesses of existing computer security programs that could benefit from group training and translate those needs into training and education media for the ISSM.
